GJ notice how it corrects the previous bullish move and maintains bullish structure on higher time frames.
GJ loves correction that's why counter trend trading is risky. I did not trade today with JPY bank holiday I rather trade with higher volume.

Trading can be tiring in the first 5 years, then after getting the traction, all comes with ease.

You will look at the chart in different perspective with the context of Price Action.

Participate in this forum with Q&A. Everyday you must keep on asking Question.
You might not be getting the feedback you need to make corrections in your trading behavior.
You might not be getting type of answers that you need to pinned down a good trade set up.
You also might just be getting downright wrong information from others.

That's why I see many will not make it coz, they failed to ask right question in trading.

I have a VAP level at that price which failed to hold as support yesterday.

Sorry, but it makes me confused, i dont understand. so the buy was based on price action?
this is the really sad thing about forex. some setups (levels with price action) can be so ambiguous.

Hi Pat,
Basically i have problems in entering a trade.
Would like to hear your thoughts on the following entry methods (1 hr timeframe and above)

Entry on
1. 1st candle
price hit buy and sell limit.
Pros: early entry for more pips if price move in correct direction
Cons: Price might reverse and your TA setup is invalid.

2. 2nd candle and beyond (i am practicing this more often)
Pros: entry after 1st candle, validate TA setup.
Cons: Less pips compared to 1st method. (assuming direction is correct)

In my opinion:
1, the daily/H4 price structure at that time was bullish
2, price is not a candle, so it is not a sell signal
3, the candlestick that represents the market maker is to cut the sellers' losses and trick the buyers into breaking out
I don't see a buy point either, but I don't sell either
Only talented people like PAT buy there

the earlier Seller OB was consumed in subsequent H4 moved to the upside, clearing buyer to add more position to push price to the next OB level which from the chart are partly consumed.

Balance of seller are there waiting for price to take them out

Depending on how strong buyer coming in to hold this price to the nest level.

With that said, best moved any stop to positive to protect capital, after all its Friday.

Before answering, just want some clarification

You buy and sell same time or different time or set up.

I know only one guy who are capable of pulling that stunt in this thread, none other than Waveskie.

Maybe Waveskie, would like to help me a bit out here to sort this question.

GOLD.

I remember this trade.

Was posted few pages back, when I had discussion with fellow trader here on his "Stop Hunt" versus what I called "Trapping Seller".

Need to dig back those posting and see what really happened and taking that LONG on Gold with others seeing it as SHORT set up.

Once found, I get back to you to discuss on this set up.

Confusing set up ?. Maybe, but if it remains in Context to Price Structure/ with S&R, you will be able to see it too
