My choice of pair to trade is normally based on up coming news and pair that are in consolidating mode. ( hibernation).
The pair in ranging states are accumulating for the next moves, until the move start, we must be able to read where price would like to get its liquidity for the particular moves.
While watching, you may not be able to trade those pairs, as this will create BIAS on your out look.
Eg, If you're in short position... do or die, you will only see short set up, disregards any other sign.
Here's my two ways of looking at EU set up based on Price Action.
