For the record, Covid=/=the flu. I thought it was common sense by now.

As for the rest of your drivel, I won’t respond because it’s not worth my time. You lack the basic faculties to be a useful participant in this discussion.

Any opinion on EU? I would hope have something that resembles an argument on that.

Yes you are generally correct on the purpose of flu vaccines.

But No for what you think about what vaccine means

Literally all vaccines do the same thing

reduce viral load (if for virus like flu, VZV, COVID) in body upon infection, due to more robust immune response.

it has two major consequences

1) reduce chance and severity of symptoms (I.e. “getting the flu”)
2) reduce chance of infecting others because you carry less virus.

I think you are ignorant and confused between “getting the flu (symptoms)”, and having flu virus. Two completely different concepts

Literally all VZV (zoster virus) vaccinated people in the world will test positive for zoster virus in their bodies. FYI

I get the viral load thing -- we've been down this path before. My point is we are in uncharted waters. At first the COVID vaccine was touted to save us, then to flatten the curve, then to stop the spread, and now to keep us out of the ICU. Previous vaccines haven't undergone this degree of changing propaganda. Different cities, states and countries have different policies with different results. News flash -- the virus behaves the same regardless of locale. I think what bothers me the most are the shallow-thinking policy makers don't take into account the affect of all this on children. Our children suffer the most and the policy makers and sheeple don't give a damn. Also, our children who have missed out on a quality education and necessary socialization skills that will never be learned after age 4-6, will be saddled with trillions of dollars of debt for years to come. The pandemic has been bad, but lefties with their agenda-driven policies and ever-changing excuses and arguments have made it much worse. Shame on you tommydoginti -- especially since you should know better with your biology background. And please -- no more condescending comments about basic biology.

I only see your misconception and being a crybaby for vaccines in reality is not what you know. “Fight the infection”
