I check on the github file section and the latest version for mt5 was v15 is correct? If have other version more new please give me the indications where i can download , thanks.

Hi Mike:
Try v15, see if it works as you expect. If it doesn't work then I'll take a look and update what I think needs to be updated.

MQL5 v15 is similar to MQL4 v54. Also the basic logic (get pairs from indicator list, build real/virtual basket, monitor profit) is the same as is on the current version. Unless you have some intense setups, you should be able to use MQL5 v5 and get the same performance, maybe a little slower, but you won't notice that nor will it affect the basket trading.

Anyhow give it a try, and if you see anything that is not working or any errors or missing trades etc etc, then I will look into upgrading it.

Hi , your approach looks like very interesting , can you please explain some rules for entry in every set up , because as i watch is a discretionary method. And how long times you use it ? So is profitable in a long terms? Recomendations?

Is it necessary to have an indicator on the charts? When I remove the indicator from the charts and leave only EA on the charts, MT4 responds much faster. I still have the indicator stored among the other indicators of the platform.

I think yes because EA read about the connection have with template so indicator is necessary.
But on my vps i have 3 mt4 with this ea and indicator and don't have any trouble ( i have only 1 gb of RAM) also cpu no problem maybe need to be check better where is the issue in your PC.

Thanks for the help. I encountered a similar slowdown, for example, when the indicator contained a request for data from a pair that the broker did not offer.

If you don't have the CMSM indicator on the chart the EA will not function.

The EA is a trade monitor that reads the list of suggested pairs from the CMSM indicator and trades them, so if the indicator is not on the chart there is nothing for the EA to read and nothing to trade.

I forgot to mention, the upgrades that the MQL4 version has had or also due to that very thing, that is minimizing the use of RAM and CPU. That way folks that use the EA on VPSs can run several EAs and have no slow down issues.

Now, MQL5 v15, does not have "trimmed" down code like MQL4 version does, so you might experience some "slow-down" and if you do let me know, so I can trim down the code. Although I have heard that MQL5 code is alot more efficient than MQL4 code, so for all that we know, you won't see any slowing affects.

I don't know if CMSM handles this, that would be a grandaevus question, but the EA will skip any pair that is called up but not present in the broker list.

It would be better to name the 28 pairs that the indicator takes into account in the calculation. Interestingly, version 17.02 does not slow down and version 24.01 slows down.

The indicator already read the 28 pairs but in the "market watch" windows right click and "show all" the pairs.
If the broker have suffix like audusd.r , text into parameter "suffix" .r

I want to thank Xmess7, Mrdfx, and all the other traders who contribute to this forum.
I just got back after being gone for 1 year or so. I was the one trying to get Masdash to work/win but no deal.
I just tried Mrdfx year-end tp1 and it works great. The screenshot shows cmsm 24 on the 2-8 lost so I switched to 17.05 for the 9th & 10th, both winners. Lets hope it keeps up.
