Hi Muv,

my account balance in the past year suggested me the strategy works.

My suggestion is you can add a bit of rules to aid your sell (or buy) bias as confluence. Eg LHLL formation, or RSI cross below/above a value for reversal and/or trend following setups.

Just keep thing simple but maintain high discipline when executing your trades. Profit will come when you do it right.

Remember to spend some of your profit and treat yourself well as motivation. Trade well and Happy CNY

That is not quite correct. The THREAD gets a lot of views (activity), but the STRATEGY is hardly presented in the posts: LOTS of other strategies and pieces of other systems are presented instead, as well as lots of total nonsense.

Tried out the 4h original method from Big E, opening a trade before the London session and closing right before the US market opening. Couple of gains and one loss, but overall I realized that the 4h chart is just not for me. I just prefer the daily chart. Still holding on to my long USDSGD trade (went long Friday last week).

It is Chinese Spring Festival holidays and some Asian markets are closed.

The Weekly market type is sideways ranging to the downside ... I do not risk two trades on same JPY pairs ...

Have a system trading strategy i.e. to pick only the best pair from the same JPY group to trade.

when you are trading Big E' Trading Made Simple i.e. following his 4hr candles at 10PM, 2AM PDT and close all at 6AM,

important that you know he did not trade on Monday and also not on Friday.

observe tomorrow it is also Friday and also NFP,

then on Monday Feb 07 the 4hr market conditions.

Hi, I have been studying Big E's posts and all related posts regarding his system. I tried using it by paper trading with crypto last night and the result were mixed.

I got alot of fakeouts even after all the conditions were align.

I realized that Big E doesn't talk much about dealing with fakeouts. May I know how you guys deal with fakeouts?

Please can you post a few charts to show what you meant by fakeouts.

Big E did mention in his old thread about some 'head fake' and how he dealt with them when he was trading. That has to do with his 5-Method setup.

However, when he was trading his TMS 10PM, 2AM entry candles, he knew when not to take a TDI trade.

Instead of sticking with 1 or 2 TFs with a very limited view of what is transpiring, look at all of the TFs and how they are interrelated. There is usually plenty of information on smaller TFs that will filter many conditions that lead to "head fakes" on larger TFs.

Trading Big E' TMS 4hr' 10Pm and 2AM this week you will encounter possible 'fakes' with the TDI.

It has to do with the prevailing market conditions after a big move.

To minimize taking 'fake' TDI signal trades avoid REVERSAL trades and take only CONTNUATION trade setups and follow Post#261 5-Method.


Keep It Simple : Know the Market Type conditions and trade YOUR system for that Market Type.

AUDUSD Feb 07 DBLHC update:

- that DBLHC setup ran nicely

- it was a CONTINUATION of the H4 price action above 5EMA.... simple and no TDI was necessary in that trade setup.
