Yes I talked with him by PM and he identified the problem - I was using the pair XAUUSD.p for the chart and the EA needs to be on a chart with 1 of the 28 forex pairs in order to check the suffix.

Folks:
I have updated the EA to include XAUUSD and AUGUSD as core symbols for when it attempts to get any prefix or suffix information. Since it is not a major issues it can be resolved by just placing EA on one of the FOREX 28 pairs, I won't publish the EA for now. So the next version of the EA will have this update.

If you are trying place the EA/Indicator on a chart that has not price action use the following template:

Apply the template then add the EA and indicator.

@xmess7 I have one request from mine so i will try to ask:
Is possible got the next update with ex.5 format too?
Because i see about the mql5 version development was stopped so will be nice if we have the possibility to use both version , but of course if require too much work is the same ,no problem about that.

Hi @mrdfx i have a doubt : In your preset nr.3 the indicator CMSM 23.06 is set up to applied price "weightened " right? Instead of the other 2 preset set up to "close".

You can still use ver17.xx since it shares the same core logic with 24.01.

Is possible about the setting you suggest for 24.01v is less sensitive and open more pairs then other version? From when i install i see a lot of pairs suggested for open basket and actually both the set up i prepare with v24.01 are close to stop loss. But preset 1,2,3 suggested from @mrdfx don't open any trade today.

for example if GBP drops and USD rise will signal for gbpusd sell, i hope that you consider this incase of not using EA

Ok thanks, was just asking as for V17.02 I use close price instead of weighted price, but the new version doesn't have the option to choose applied price.

Scrolling back the pages i see this result of 110% in 9 months of that old preset , and after what's happening , stop to performing good ? not reliable in time? Just my curiosity if other preset of the past are actually profitable or not...

I'm just a PC user. I have more open MT4 and switching to MT4 with new settings (2x EA) is much slower than switching to MT4 with old settings (3xEA). But it's just a small problem.

Have you tried using the mt5 version? The recent MT4 version addressed issues that MRDFX discovered. I don't think the MT5 had any issues. Try and use it and let me know if you find issues. If there are issues then I'll update it.
