Interesting scenario! Things are not looking good for the dollar, but hopeful for the crypto market. I wonder how long this will last.

Unless you understand how to read price action in combination with supply and demand zones, you will have doubts about what I said.

It's obvious the dollar is fundamentally stronger than the Euro, but we are not talking about that here. We are talking about current market conditions. Bulls clearly have the upper hand for now.

This thread has more than 60400 pages. It looks like all those EUR bulls went bankrupt quickly because they don't post here anymore.

This is why because of Lagarde hawkish speech yesterday, the market reacted. This was a suprise for everyone, that is why it went up so fast. But until March, monetary meeting, The price should retrace to about 1.13. Once there is a meeting in March if they are still dovish and or neutral, the price will keep on falling, if they come out hawkish and raise interest rates, this will go up further. But with EURO they are still buying bonds, if they want to hike rates, bonds need to end first we need to see higher inflation and GDP data for euro in order for EURO to become more bullish and actually go up further. But those were just Lagarde words, and I think this is a bull trap. But will have to wait and see. Trade safe.

I think can read that, the price maked double top at D1, ABCD pattern finished at the same place, the fast spike maked Legardes speech I think, but that all movement is natural correction I think, some more than expecred, weekly and monthly we have down trend I think, correct me when Im wrong, USD after Todays data getting stronger, sooo… current market conditions speeking down we go, thats my tree cents

Well, at the end of the year they predicting 1.12-1.13 so we are heading to deep south maybe 1.08-1.07 or more and last month we are going back to range

My concern is there wasn't a strong rejection from the supply zone on the Daily. So far, today's daily candle has a range more than 180 pips. One would think a strong pullback would occur following such a candle. But it is looking like bears are exhausted. This is leading me to believe we could see higher prices, as high as the gray rectangle you see on the image below, which is also an area of supply. I would like to see at least a 50% retracement on the weekly candle before bulls take it higher. But you never know with a move like we have seen...

I was anticipating selling pressure due to there being an area of supply. I scaled in, which is why I have two open positions. The idea is to get the best entry. If price reaches the first position, which is no longer the best price, I will close that trade and leave the position open that is at a better price with less risk. But I am counting on a retracement at this point, because the supply zone has been invalidated. If price continues to climb higher, I may close out both positions. It all depends on how things look. But for now, I am keep both positions open.

are you buying or selling EUR/USD?

also, you draw straight lines but I showed you curved lines that don’t actually mean anything with regards to a trend

if people believe in lines on a chart, then they will lose their money

Well said.

I will add: price action + fundamentals = objective truth. Arbitrary lines + moving averages = subjective half-truth.

I wonder which one makes more sense.

I am eyeing to go long in the pair as well. The daily chart suggests that the pair has been very bullish. The buyers may wait for the price to consolidate. A bullish reversal candle closing above the last resistance may attract the buyers to go long in the pair and make a new higher high. Thanks for sharing the chart.
