You began by complaining about the errors in your EA -- and now you've transitioned to complaining about how MT4 loads charts when relaunched? I think you just like to complain and don't know how to let it go.
There are tens of thousands of traders who use MetaQuotes software. They don't all experience your problems. MoneyZilla -- I understand in your world you are super important. But in MetaQuotes' world you are just one of many and they can't stop all their work just to hold your hand and help you figure out how to fix your EA.

what is wrong is mt4. all versions after 1340, including the last one i have 1353. before 1335 all was good.

This is more relyable than MT4 - you can code bots with Python or C run on Linux OS. Windows VPS Servers is not relyable too. The best is run on unix/linux. I have IT business and we host our systems on Linux - never ever in n years was problems with Linux.. with windows constantly.
Therefore to go on next level (500 EAs is serious level) think beter to forget about MetaQuotes and code everything in Python or something similar (maybe NodeJS etc).
As I understand metaquotes is not relyqble I cool down my enthusiam of EAs coding... not scalable with not relyable technologies. If I decide to scale then go to interactive brokers and use their API.
But.. again.. I dont know is IB API relyable? again try and fail process for 2 years needed to be 100% sure is everything relyable there. As usually... in order to became master in any field you need 10000 hours of trial and failiers growing process.
This is only my optinion and explanations why I now on pause regarding my EAs... they are working >2 years ok fine but not scalable with big money I think..
MetaQuotes is good for learning/testing but serious business should be done with serious tools... doubt that big banks and hedge funds use MetaQuotes... they use custom made tools and APIs.

On the other side , there are many published journal about random entry vs common strategy used in the market. The result is pretty much the same ,with random entry usually have less fluctuations. I cant recall the details in it.
I think how trader manage his trade is more important than managing entry, maybe.
