Good evening for All,

after today small bounce up ( frankly i thought that would be little stroneg, at least to 1.1380 ) i now again swith to play shorts, beacuse:
- on H4 we bounced up from 200SMA and today ideal bounce down from 100SMA, so should be 2nd attack for 200SMA and i suppose now will pass it,
- i think tmr will be bounce up at WallStreet so again dollar will be in "buying mode",
- now market estimate taht on March will be first interest rate rising and totally four interest rate rising in this year, so iaccording to old rule buy gossips sell facts, dollar should be buying now and first correction on March.

My SL is at 1.1387, TP open, but i will observe what will be play in zone 1.1280-90.

Slightly Updated Weekly Chart

  1. I revised 1.1313 to 1.1305... That fits better I believe.. And we can see that bears are still in retest mode.. Sooner or later a decision is to be made.. Bounce or break?
  2. Imho: If bears can crack below 1.1305 we could witness a bearish continuation..
  3. Bulls however have to deal with several resistance areas: Nearest resistance sits at 1.1360... Followed by 1.1421.. Then comes 1.1500 and finally 1.1565 area which is the most crucial one.. Until then we could say that bears have the upper hand since we are still below my GREEN ma line and the environment on this timeframe is bearish..
  4. Long story short: Bears are currently trying for continuation.. But while price is between 1.1305 and 1.1360 we must trade careful until a clear decision shows itself! My personal tendency is: to look for bullish signals whenever dips towards 1.1305 occur...

Meanwhile on H1...

Price flows inside a very straight and clean channel.. 1.1366/72 is nearest resistance on this timeframe..

Bulls climbed above my GREEN line: 1.1352 and now we must check if they can keep candles above it..

Bears will probably try to break below the channel and GREEN line..

Let's see which side will win this round..

Hi everyone today!

I'm waiting to 15min candle will close under yesterday low and then I will add shorts to yesterday short.

I will carefully look how price react for level 1.1280-90, and then decide that close trades or keep for lower levels.

We can clearly see the bear pressure but imho, everything still depends on 1.1333 support.. Based on M15, bears have to keep it below 1.1348... Let's see..

Looks like yesterday's touch to 1.1333 really was the last kiss.. I would say: Don't hold your breath for 1.1313 anymore..

Poor US Unemployment Claims data this morning might cause EURUSD to outpace my initial assessment. I thought we might see 95.106 on dxy or 1.137 today, and I still hold that opinion. But with much higher US unemployment claims, I wouldn't be surprised to see 1.145. I originally planned to close my trade at 1.137, but maybe now I hold 1/2 for a possible momentum play higher.

However, I don't think any of this happens until AFTER the options I talked about yesterday expire at 10:00 New York Time.

It looks like the old range will continue for the time being. I am not even sure what can lead to a breakout anymore, when the fundamentals can't.

Finally i added now one more short for my trade, beacuse we passed 200SMA on H4.

Still looking how react for level 1.1280-90.
