Hello eess, thank you very much for your reply. I've found out the problem. I was using FTMO Demo server to test and for some reason, they always have a gap between 23.55 and 0.05 hours (GMT+2). I've *now* (edit: typo corrected not -> now) changed the asian start from 0.05 instead of 0.00, and your indicator is working as expected. Thank you Once again - much karma to you!

I'm looking for an MT5 indicator that paints HH HL LH LL something similar to this thread https://www.forexfactory.com/thread/...dicator?page=3

Is this possible?

This kind has many different variations, some based on fractals, some based on zigzag, some maybe use special method, that's why closed source. And I personally don't use this kind of indicator in my own trading because frankly speaking, I don't think that for such things, an indicator can replace our human eyes to detect the price action, but just my own opinion, maybe for other people might be different. I suggest you look through that thread, see which of those matches closest to your own trading because there are quite a number of variations, and then ask the one who did it to help you with an MT5 version, that would be better.

I also have some enhancement requests for the session indicator, if I may...
1. Option to extend lines and print midlines configurable per session
2. Option to add up to 3 vertical lines at specified times per day

Sorry, no further changes will be made to this indicator, except for bug fixes.
1. Those features are already available, the only difference with your request is that currently the settings applies for all session boxes, instead of per session box.
2.This indicator can already display up to 3 session boxes, if you are referring to wanting only vertical lines instead of boxes, then that is not the design of this indicator.

I suggest if you have specific needs, you can post on those "I will code for you..." thread for others to custom make one for you.

btw, something weird happened with the session indicator - refer to attached. When I changed the TF to M1 and then back again, the session box redrew correctly.

Now I cannot run my MT5 terminal, but I think you can use the Fibo for Daily, Weekly Monthly v1.10 (https://www.forexfactory.com/thread/post/13814618#post13814618)
- Just change the fibo levels to only display the 0% and 100%, and you just tick the checkbox for "PD" which stands for Previously Daily.
This is the closest I have.

Perhaps you have missed my note on Post 1, but I would like to re-iterate my point, I only intended this thread to share things that I have, I didn't intend this thread to be another one of those "I will help you code...." kind of thread. So, going forward I will no longer respond to any posts asking for any changes to my indicator or asking for new indicator to be made or asking whether I have this or that indicator. If it is not on this thread, that means I don't have anything else that I would like to share publicly. I will continue to post any new things I have, but no changes asked will be made, except for bug fixes.

A small New Year gift for you, been quite busy this year, just manage some minor enhancement for esDrawingToolbox, you can get it from Post 1.

v2.00 （See Post 1)
- Able to hide/show the control panel using a keyboard key, by default in the input parameter, it is set to the ESC key.
When Control Panel is in hidden mode, auto-extension of rectangles/lines etc will continue to take place. So you can put the control panel in hidden mode when you are not actively drawing so that it does not clutter the chart.
- Shorten object names
- For Auto-extended objects, it is auto-extended to current candle + 5 bars to the right
- When Control Panel is moved around the chart, its X and Y Coordinates are remembered so that when changing timeframes, it can retain its most updated position.

Attached animated gif shows the usage of the ESC key in hiding/showing the panel, double click on image to watch.

Hi eess! Thank you so much for this awesome indicator! It has helped me a lot in annotating my charts and it is one of the best drawing tools for MT5. I can't believe that this is for free.

I just have a little bit of a concern when moving the control panel around the chart. I wanted to put the control panel on the right lower corner but whenever I restart MT5, it reverts back to its original position (left upper corner). Is there a way to maintain its position even I restart MT5?

And I wanted to ask too if you are planning to make an MT4 version of your drawing tool indicator?

I appreciate your comments, thank you, but if you are using MT4, then I think you are already aware of another developer currently actively developing his MT4 version, so I don't wish to duplicate efforts on developing another MT4 version. I am however focusing on my MT5 version for another enhancement.

Ohh it's okay. I just lately found a useful drawing tool by Jagg and it helped me a lot in annotating my charts in MT4 platform.

And I'm excited about your upcoming updates on your drawing tool. I would also suggest adding shortcut keys or perhaps adding an option wherein you can choose in which timeframes you can show the objects (Ex. If a rectangle was drawn in H1, it will only show in H1 and lower TF). In this way, you're not bothered by the small lines or rectangles when you check the higher timeframes. It would be a great feature for your drawing tool.

I appreciate your reply too and your effort in making this drawing tool!

First of all, I apologize if my English is not very good.

I want to Thank you Mr Eess for making these indicators for MT5 especially "esDrawingToolBox_V2", I almost disappointed that I could not find an indicator similar to Color levels which is for MT4, finally found here. Again Thank you.

Another thing I wanted to mention is, When I use both "esDrawingToolBox_V2" and "ShowHideObjects" indicators, some buttons of "esDrawingToolBox_V2" does not work and When I hit the "ShowHideObjects" indicator button it hides every objects in chart except per-prepared text list of "esDrawingToolBox_V2" indicator. (I just wanted to feedback).

I know I should not suggest anything about indicators, however I have some IF you think it might be good I will be very appreciated if you consider these:

1- For "esHiLoMWD" : I think it would be better if the names of levels Shown on the right side of the chart, for a day trader it is good to see their names always while he/she trades bar by bar.
2- For "esDrawingToolBox_V2" : All is good, however if it had additional trend line button with custom style (like dash or dot) it would be very helpful.

Again Thank you Eess for being so generous to share these indicators.
