if you are referring to wanting to show/hide objects created by esDrawingToolBox, then you should be using this button on the esdrawingtoolbox instead:

Yes this just show/hide objects created by esDrawingToolBox, but when you copy each object it does not hide that. by the way it is cool. Thanks.

This is not a generic show/hide, it is only meant to show/hide objects created by this tool. I don't know what you mean by copy objects, my tool does not copy objects, it is hard to imagine your scenario if you never attached any picture etc so I can only guess that you are using another indicator to do it,my tool will not recognise objects created by another indicator, neither does it recognise objects that are manually drawn. As for the other ShowHideObjects.ex5, that was designed to hide/show ALL objects on chart, and buttons are considered objects as well in metatrader, it is not a bug, what you should do is to find another indicator that only show/hide selective "types" of objects as you wish and not all objects.

I mean copy created object by the indicator manually in MT5 (using Ctrl button). I posted 2 pictures from before and after hide/show button. I thought it can hide all objects created in MT5 which "ShowHideObjects" indicator does that.

v1.21 Session Box Update (Those who downloaded v1.20 earlier just now, pls use this updated version instead)
- Fix Bug: When session has not ended, high and low of box is not dynamically updating.

Note: The first candle of the day for different symbols and different timeframes for different brokers is different, i.e. it may not start from 00:00. For example, for my broker, on US30, the first candle starts at 03:00 instead of 00:00, so for my Asian session box, I will input S1BrokerStartHour parameter as 3 instead of 0, so you need to make sure that for the input parameters, the start hour and min you input coincides with the time of the candle.

v2.30 esDrawingToolBox (Major Upgrade)

1) Implementation of Minimalist mode
- You can assign shortcut keys to all the functions of the ToolBox in the input parameters. The most critical to assign is the shortcut key for changing the color.

I recommend you to assign shortcut key to those functions you use often and most important is to assign Shortcut key for changing color. Below I attached an animation, please click on it to see how the minimalist mode can help to quicken your operations and declutter your charts. However, I have to emphasize that whether you choose to use the minimalist mode or the Full Panel mode, it is up to your preference, you have the choice. This tool supports both modes.



2) Implementation of a more enhanced alert system
Previously, the button that was used to draw horizontal line with alert is now changed to another function that enables you to apply alerts to any trendlines or rectangles(hollow or filled or auto-extended) that are created using this indicator. Alerts will not be able to apply to objects that are not created by this indicator, such as manually drawn objects or objects created by other indicators. Do take note. I attached another animation here, do click on it in order to be able to view the animation of how to set alerts.

Lastly the indicator v2.30 will be posted on Post 1. Please get it there.

21:50 cannot be the first candle of the day, it's probably the last candle of yesterday. My indicator requires the session box timing to span across the same day, not across two different days. If you require it to span across two different days, you have to look for other session boxes, I'm however not sure if other people's session box can work for such scenario or not.

- Fix Bug: When session has not ended, the last 2 candles before session ended was not taken into account for High and Low of session.

- Solve Bug: When this indicator is placed on more than one chart and MT5 is restarted, the second instance of indicator
sometime cannot read the esTextItems.txt to populate the dropdown list.
- Solve Bug: When this indicator is placed on more than one charts, Show/hide status, last used color were conflicted
- Enhancement: Implement Shortcut Key to change line style
- Enhancement: Implement Shortcut Key to increase width of line
- Enhancement: Implement Shortcut Key to decrease width of line

v2.42 esDrawingToolBox
- Fix Bug when the indicator is placed on more than 1 chart and MT5 is restarted
- Implement Shortcut key to apply current color selected in color picker to selected objects (HOLD+CLICK)
Note: Need to assign the key in input parameter in order for it to work.
