Stupidity at it's best. Taiwan did not ask this, no one did. Now China stops all business activities with anyone who is related to Lithuania. Local politicians now run crying about huge losses to EU. No one likes to admit they made mistake, politicians loose nothing, but jobs will be lost. With inflation highest in EU this country will run on it's kneels before China hopefully before next elections.

Lithuania vs China

Beside that Lithuania was the first Soviet republic to declare it's independence in 1990.
The relations between Lithuania and Russia were good initially but it deteriorated with Lithuania joining EU and NATO.
Russia asked them to join CIS,they refused


Since then Russia has tried multiple times to convince Lithuania to leave EU and NATO.
Relations deteriorated further post 2014 when Russia occupied Crimea and displayed aggressive military behavior against Ukraine.

I think Lithuanian are hardcore people......

Anyway, going forward, this should be a great opportunity for Taiwan to show how it treats its allies.
For what Lithuania has done, Taiwan should absorb all the exports from Lithuania to China.
Then only will others be attracted to Taiwan.
For a start, after ditching China, Lithuania to emerge as the biggest semiconductor hub in Europe
