As a rookie…. I will give my thoughts so don’t laugh. It looks like a BOS and retest to push higher on 4hr. If I didn’t have the fear of losing I would buy right here.

long 13315 no sl no 25tp

i really, really dont want to show trades made, but here i make an exception because i tried PAT-style (from the scale-in standpoint)

i normally dont have +215 pips plus open position still running, because i am happy with 30-40p/day.

the first short trade of the day was just a simple monthly open plus RN plus resistance trade

the second short trade(s) cluster have been all playing around the H4 clear resistance around 3360.

everything was in line so i played also "PAT scale in style";-)

As a rookie… f-it. Buy right here 13321 for 25 pips sl 15. No risk it no biscuit

need a final push down just to break the 133 zone and then tomorrow all set up for a good rise up

took profit 10 pips. after it rejected around 133

gone long at 13319 no sl no tp will close before 10pm today

crap forgot to tp ! Oh well will be running it until tomorrow which I didn’t really want to do

Let me begin by mentioning that I am a learner in forex trading. In my opinion new or old doesn't matter that much as far as learning goes. We are all learning and non of us get it right 100 percent of the time. Older guys loose money just as the newbees, the difference is, in my opinion, the ability to anaylse the market and make the right calls at the right time.

To all rookies and newbees, like me, keep you head up and dont give up. I believe we all have a goal of making us much money with minimal loss. Minimal being relative.

To make money we need to come to terms with the fact that forex trading is not easy money and that we will probably loose money before we fully understand how the market works.

Having observed the analysis and positions taken by PAT and other few (3 almost that I have come across in short time here) experienced and seasoned traders, I only left with admiration and complements for the work they put in, in understanding the market. My advice to all my fellow newbees. Take time to understand market structure and price action, I have found them to be fundermentals in trading. In my opinion, apart from following analysis by PAT and other let as all also take time to research and understand forex terminology. This will help us understand the market phycology and tricks used by the ITs. And please don't use the same lot sizes used by others here, unless you want to loose more cash fast. Reduce your risk by using smaller lot sizes.

Last but not least. We all need to understand that forex trading is also phycological warfare apart from just trading money. We need to have the right frame of mind to get in. Don't allow those bumps scare you because every stop is a loss if money. Let us learn analysis and be confident when taking our positions. Don't take a position by only following what others have done. ( In my observation it is rear for the currency pairs to go up or down beyond 1000 pips in one day)
