I am providing legal opinion and medical opinion from licensed attorneys and doctors. What you are conjecturing is that if the WHO and any other alphabet agency does not provide that approval of information it is illegitimate. That is faulty.

Some gov lies proven: Smoking is not harmful to your health.

Yes and no.

A couple fact you have to recognise.

1. in matter of FDA EUA approval, it is based on statistics. The opinion you referred is not supported by the majority of evidence pointing otherwise, and it is not the FDA or any agency to have sole control over. For instance, the clinical trial PIs would love to have data showing treatment effectivity (for their fame, funding and their health) and has no incentive to forge false data in order to revoke the drug EUA as a trustable recognization, let alone there were 600 groups in 52 countries (world peace?)

2. No the FDA actually have no legal control over the actual clinical protocol practiced by individual clinicians. The revoke document by FDA mentioned “Not recommended”

Please also note that your conspiracy theories, according to your early posts, stemmed from the doubt of the foundamental sciences of the item in inquiry, such as masks itself.

Politics is something not related to the science. The government would not render masks to have different properties out of nowhere.

lastly, the AG you presented does not support your claim that FDA is trying to make something illegitimate. Rather it is to request certain actions of FDA to be illegitimate. Please read carefully

Was in a bold short from 1251. Closed on the spike down. Why not wait for Powell? If you have traded fomc long enough you will know the press conference can turn everything belly up.

It is quite a PR disaster IMO.

Because the drug is just “not recommended” by FDA and people think it is a very dangerous and fearful chemical Even to your country!
