so price went down and touched SR

1. when price reached SR zone first buy was executed.
2. when price moves up another buy added.
3. price reached the first target (minor SR) and turned down immediately.
4. now we are scared couse price moved down and made lower low. buys were closed and sells were added.

so this (3) move up and minor SR test & immediate move down to make lower low was the signal to switch from buy to sell?
