Had a rough day today, especially with CHR. Was down several trades but managed to get out around BE. Made some bad calls and didnt see volume levels clearly enough. Thought to see some but they were not large enough, or were eaten really quick so i got out in loss. {image} Keep it up guys. I will suspend posting for some time and concentrate on watching the DOM more. I feel im hijacking Machinators thread which is not my intention. Need to learn more stuff and put in more screentime. Take care

There is Bianace US and FTX US. They are for US citizens. A month ago I wanted try them with Cscalp but due to free time I did't .You will make me a favor to check and tell about your experience with them.

As per your next post answer, you can see your orders execution speed execution speed in the soft (on the screenshot). Who doesn't like fast execution)) but for the moment I have what I have and I have to work with this. For the first time specially after MOEX exchange when I have 25-40 pings,it was very difficult ,but with time I am used to work with it , what to do))

So the ping are on screenshot is the best I have. Usually they are worst. And when the whole market is really active, they are really really really bad, but it is still possible to trade, in this situations I used to have opened the broker applications for emergency cases to liquidate positions ,limit orders and etc.

I didn't trade Babon from the day I first time see the DOM, and I can hardly imagine myself trading without DOM. Sure I use charts but they are secondary in my trading.
Anyway it should be recognized (thanks to Mikhail (babon's author)) that,in my humle opinion, Babon is the best forex scalping system I have ever met. It works on any active market (I mean and flatting and trending).

As about clusters -How you arrange your order book volume settings ,for different instruments they are different- the aim for this is to see faster the big volumes appear/disappear in the order book. The same for clusters-all my clusters 5 minutes by default (sometimes when I am missing something I can change it to 1,15 minutes or even an hour) and volumes arranged in the way, if the big volume realized/passed on a single price/or prices I see it immediately.
Cluster is very important instrument don't underestimate it , just for example- there is market order type which called Iceberg(google it), without cluster you can't find it in the order book.

I mean that your definitions about trading are very correct and exact. Hline, keep your job up and in nearest future, I have no doubt, you will see triple digits profits.

I'm reading topic Babon system due to I can not installed Scalp software on my laptop.
Do you know still active topic regarding to babon system? I searched, however can not find any active discussion regarding to babon system. Actually, I'd like to know the setting of indicator like TMA because it is no alarm when TMA beyond clound, I hope to use tradingview to get alarm, but it is different between TMA on mt4 and tradingview.
Regarding this topic, what's time do you usually trade? Is it more active and effective than other times? I image the crypto market have no divided session like Tokyo session, LO, NY like fx as your previous response

Personally I don't use stop orders and manage my trades by hand here and now, but if it works for you keep it up. Look, the idea of trading from a big volumes in an orderbook is old like markets, but as everything in trading it has underwater rocks, so to learn trade them /work them out you will need practice practice and practice.

My advise if you don't understand the situation in the DOM,don't touch it or trade/try it with decreased trading volume, because when you are in the trade you are in situation and seeing it under better angle.

Let's imagine the simplest situation , you detected that there is a robot in the DOM which buy an asset with 1000 contracts every 5 seconds(you can detected it in tape-you are counting till 5 it is buying 1000 contracts, you counting till 5 it is buying another 1000 contracts etc ).What will u do? Most probably I will enter with him by market order , because the robot is buying and price should probably go up. When you should close your position ? Most probably I will close the most of the position on the robot with profit, and the rest part of the position when I detect that robot stops buying(I am counting till five and don't see a 1000 contract tick in the tape).Right after most probably I would take a short,bacause of the reasons- buying robot finished+participants who entered with robot long will have to close their positions. Jonander, as you see no higher mathematics, just clear/pure logic.

Dear Hline, in your level it is very worthy to share experience-to learn by sharing experience and teaching is the best way I know. This concerns first of all not to you but other participant of the thread who are not active at all. It will much better for their progress to share their trades, situations and analyzes, instruments which /or they think are in game and how they working/worked them out.

So I call on all participants of the thread to be active as I described above ,it is only way for your farther progress.

I just dont want to clutter up the thread and please correct any of my postings if you think its incorrect.

This is my day for today, got to work on one of my coding jobs to finish a project.
Will try to follow along and see if i can add some trades in between today.

Basically i just collected activity on EDLD, went quite well.

Hi Hline,

Please keep them coming! I am still figuring out how to check volume to be biased in the collection of volatility/spread. Am I being too over the edge if I ask you to do a video when you work an instrument?

I see that you change decimal pricing - do you do it standard - a fixed value - or does the zoom varies until you can analyse volume levels?

In the example of the robot buying 1000 contracts every 5 seconds, you suppose that the amount of 1000 will be a significant size with respect to the size of the other orders that are being given at that moment, or it is the fact that it is a robot that can indicate that Maybe other robots that you are not perceiving, are also buying, and that is why you buy?
Also I dont understand capturing spread.

I looked for a symbol with a high bid ask difference and put a limit sell order under the red line and a buy limit above the green one.

The green activated (buy) and then the price goes down and never came back, So a big loss. Where is the error?

A nice morning today, the market has been active, so here are results, it could be a litle bit) more (5 digit number) but I haven't closed +6000 USD profit on LRC, closed it in breakeven, but it is not evening yet))

Am also waiting for the answer to this question. I have realized that no one has been able to explain spread collection (in video or writing) in a way that newbies can understand. All I see in the videos is the cursor dancing around the DOM with no understanding of what the trader is doing.

So I will like to rephrase the question,
When you see big difference in bid and ask, and you want to collect the spread, what do you do?
Do you place a buy limit at the edge of the green zone?
Do you place sell limit at the edge of the red zone?
Professionals in the house can help out with the questions.

I have checked it also-from my country Cscalp connects only with "view only'' mode. The DOMs looks like on ftx.com,and the other options are the same except number of trading instruments.
