Turkey is an interesting case. We had around 100% inflation during 80's and 90's but communists couldn't find more support than 10% among the people. Let alone supporting them, people beat up, jailed and even killed the communists during those days. Communism is a very unpopular and hated ideology here even though we were neighbours with Yugoslavia, Bulgaria, USSR. I think it's because the historical hostility between Turks and Russians. Turkey also had serious politic crises with USSR in 30's - 40's about the eastern borders and the straits.

My ex gf's family are Bulgarian Turks and they immigrated to Turkey in 1989, her family told me about the life in Bulgarian SSR and how bad it was. They call commies "potato eaters"

So to sum it up, communist revolution is never welcomed in Turkey

Zimbabwe a prime example of a beautiful country which was destroyed by a dictator with military control. Was once the bread basket of Africa, now imports food, and hyperinflation destroyed the economy. In the 70s the Zimbabwe dollar was stronger than the pound, in the 2000s the dollar was worthless, could be used as toilet paper.

revolution doesn't mean communism.... just a change of government.

People begin to distrust their neighbor, friends, family and any gov. BTW, they don't care if you like gov or not because they have segregated themselves from any real prosecution or punishment. No head to chop off.

Their main weapon is confusion and attrition. They play the long game, but they never anticipated a businessman who was not a politician would be elected president. So they had to ruin him and his policy and cause massive division. Before he was elected they started the "Russian collusion" then the racist accusations, then they had a special council investigation, race riots, impeachment over the Russia collusion. Then comes the Covid, to separate, segregate the people who are already divided over race. Why? To implement mail in voting and eliminate poll watching in a meaningful way. Widespread voter irregularities and finally a insurrection at the Capital.
All the while there was a 93% increase of biased reporting on his presidency. Every time I turned on mainstream media it was kill,kill,kill.
LOL. He was one unlucky MFer.

In hindsight all those narratives and stories are being unwound and proven to be horseshit.

Yes there is. There are actually 100's ways, but none that could get 75% of the population to willingly go along with it without implicating the gov or media.

A shot called a vaccine that does not prevent infection or transmission is not a vaccine. Never was until 2021.

its welfare based on the post wwII UK ecomonic model. just cause some work, own homes etc doesn't mean it isn't.

we have supply side food production, health care for all etc. that all came from the UK.
