What makes me lean towards a lower short-term price is the lower high off the top. Where it is now, I don't think it would be a good trade either side, unless you're scalping.

classic setup: build support structure, get longs setting up stop losses under, get shorters thinking that support has been broken and then...... bam.

straight up.

this happens in all time frames, right down to the 1m chart. classic bottom.
