my analysis for monday.
eur / usd.
I think it will be worth taking the short position when the market opens. I think the price will fall until the NFP on Monday.
after the NFP, of course, I don't know where.
it's just my own opinion.

Well you guys may be right about a correction to 112, since this has moved a lot.

But i can't see any reasons for UJ to fall 200 pips from 114s to 112s fundamentally

EURUSD ended around the same level of where it started last Monday. The trend is down yet - see chart for more!

US CPI is the event of the week and also Powell will be speaking.

Downtrend was broken, I can see 110 ish the absolute low this pair can reach for now, coming off a correction towards 118. It would take a huge slump in DXY and general disastrous economical figures for the US to push this pair further. Not to mention that Japan has its own issues to deal with as well. Only my 2 cents, trade what u believe!

Might be wrong, but I can see a big dump...nobody is expecting it anymore, thats when big moves usually happen. Because now every drop is being bought...if it keeps dropping and people keep buying, the drop might be big. Just talking from experience and the chart setup, like I said...my hunch might be wrong this time.

Generally, yes, but I cannot see a run to 118 without a proper correction, might happen, but knowing how the market functions, I believe a sharp drop is needed.

The US economy has recovered better than most, however, a lot of other fundamental factors are weighing in on the currency, so it's not just data that drives the currency, to name a few: Shortage and increase of oil prices, fluctuation in treasury yields, shortage of supplies, high stock prices, various political bumps with Iran and KSA, etc. not to mention that a weaker dollar can be beneficial for the US economy, depending on the cycle they are in.

For trading purposes, be ready for ups and downs, if you're a long term investor, you may be confident buying the USD.

Possibly. It is already in a daily demand zone, but if it continues to go down there is room. There is possible three scenarios that could happen. I marked it on the chart.
