Dailyfx said USD is losing momentum to continue its bearish trend, after a very DOVISH FOCM on Friday last week. I also think the speak from THE FED is very dovish, after delaying the tapering in the middle of 2022.....the market is very disappointed with the rumors of the tapering in the middle of November/December 2021 ... 2022 is still very long, anything can happen, especially the impact of the covid pandemic is still not predictable ..... and tapering also probably won't happen in 2022 ... even so stay alert and follow smart money trends ..... and the potential for correction will continue

How? They said they will finish (complete) the tapering in the mid 2022, not start. They said they will start tapering either November or December.

The problem is the lack of communication though, CBs should talk a bit more directly rather than using long and indirect sentences.

I know, I have no open orders on EURUSD now, tired up of waiting for the trend to pursue its destiny. Other pairs offer better opportunities.

However, now that everybody is rushing sell orders convinced that finally the long awaited downtrend is being confirmed a big surprise may happen.
In other words, USD is de facto weak, and the outlooks are not brilliant.
