DislikedAfter being bearish for some days, USDCAD may have found its support at 1.23000. The daily chart produced a bullish engulfing followed by a doji candle. The buyers may push the price towards the North if the price breaches 1.24860. The last swing high is 1.27600. Thus, the price has enough space to travel towards the North. In case of a bearish breakout at 1.23000, the sellers may drive the price towards the South upon breakout confirmation. The price may find its support 1.20500. Considering risk-reward both look good.
