backrest for 2007 until today, have nice result,
but any of "optimization" or use other symbol/TF , will make it worse

is robot cant trade with demo account? because ultron and this Jcross is not making trade at all. i use 5 decimals/digits, do i need to change the input or something? thanks
I have written an implementation of the Ultron robot for the cTrader platform.

The robot uses GMT times, and automatically takes into account the shift of one hour in the summer months (daylight saving time). That is, the allowed trading hours are shifted one hour earlier in summer.

The robot is profitable in my backtest between January 2014 and September 2020. The backtest has been done with high quality tick data, starting capital 10000 EUR and fixed lot size 0.01.

The source code is available. If you know how to program for cTrader and you manage to make this robot more profitable please let us know.

Before you ask questions about the robot, make sure that you have read and understood this whole thread in the forum and the manual of the robot.

It corresponds to the author's original version. ULTRON_OP_1.mq4 available in the first post of this thread.

I have made a small correction in my code. The parameter "Restricted trading hours" did not have any effect when the value is "No".
It is not important because this robot should always use restricted trading hours, but nevertheless I have corrected the error.

Hi everyone,

I've read through alot of the thread and would like to try Ultron Lite, and with a trailing stop like I think FEEX used/uses.

However I'm struggling to see what his exact settings/times are?

He said the following during the thread, but I'm not sure if they are upto date? Also it doesn't mention about stop loss.

I was haunted by the option of TP 35)
In the version ULTRON_LITE_3.7 now there are two options for trailing stop.
In the default settings, the first option works, to which we are all accustomed.
The second option "Tralling_from_Profit" works differently: the trailing works after the price reaches the TP level.
If "Tralling_from_Profit" is TRUE, then set Trailing Stop 4, Trailing Step 2. TP 35
The picture is a rough test of this option. Work time I used 10 and 23 (GMT+3 broker)
You can change at your convenience.
If someone can test this option with a simulation quality of 99.9%, then it will be more clear if this makes sense or not.
P.S.
I used 1:300 leverage. It is interesting to look at the result with a leverage of 1:500

Very good! So you mean you actually modified the v1.2 code, so that's what this v1.3 is?

They are good results for 6 years, and acceptable drawdawn too.... One concern is that the gross loss is huge, like 80% of the gross profit,, does it mean it's mainly fees eating into the profit?

Also what reason did you choose to modify 1.2 rather than another version?

Yes, I modified the v1.2 code and named it v1.3.

The gross loss comes from the losing trades. There are no fees involved. The gross loss from the original version is ~75%. So there is no big difference. Version 1.3 takes bigger risk in favor of bigger profit. So you will have a bigger gross loss, but also bigger net profit.

I've chosen the v1.2 because it looked the best to me. All the other versions in this thread performed badly or didn't show any significant improvement.
