I avoid FF because of the amount of Turds who claim to be traders and are always complaining about someone else.

I've been actually trading crypto for the past year and have moved over my whole portfolio to Bitcoin, Ethereum and Cardano. I can say things are doing well and I don't have to listen to all the teenagers crying about trading.

I am having fun with these teenagers here who are just pretending to be traders in the real world.

Teenage trader like @Tekkies is a good example of a new member who cannot trade { here } . His comrade @DrDick { here } is just his cheerleader keeping him warm together in the same deep pit { here } .

I'm going to post here the 2 templates I personally use to trade:

1. 5 Method --- (Most simple strategy but works great)

Use Heiken Ashi candles
TDI Indicator set at default
Stochastics set to 8,3,3
5 ema, Shift set to 2 or 3, Typical

When PA crosses 5 ema and closes... that is the set up candle. The entry is on the 2nd candle if it's the same color. Works on all timeframes. I use 5 pip SL on the 5 minute chart. Works great short & long. Templates on pages 169, 170, 171.

2. 21/233 Method ---

Use Heiken Ashi candles
TDI Indicator set at default
Stochastics set to 8,3,3
21 ema, Shift set to 3, Typical (yellow, thicker line)
233 ema, Shift set to 5 or 8, Typical (Blue,thicker line)

I trade as PA moves away from the blue & yellow line. Example: Long Trade - When yellow line moves above blue line...and when PA breaks above the yellow line and closes above it. That is your set up candle. Enter long on the 2nd candle if it's the same color going long. Short trade is the opposite. Templates on pages 169, 170, 171.


Both systems are easy to trade. You'll get more set ups on the 5 method and more re-entries using the 21/233. There are lots of examples from the charts I've posted previously.

More of @Tekkies' smoke and mirrors type of post.

Looking at @Tekkies' TE, I told him several times he should stop trading indices and his US30 is still his biggest losers but he did not listen and again top-up his trading account this week and continue with his losing streak. His trading account is just a small fraction of Big E' $10,000.

After more than 5 years trading and he still has not figure out Big E Post#557 and Post#7555
Big E live in the US and his US broker FXDD and all US based traders can only trade with US broker leverage 25:1.
Davit knows this and his broker is Oanda is also US based. Do you think Davit trade with USD10,000?

I'm not looking for 15 pips profit... more like 150 !

The money I put into my last trading account ($10,000) I don't even think about it. It's like the money you take to Las Vegas. You hope to win but don't often... Your taking money for entertainment and relaxation... So I don't give it a second thought... It's entertainment money as I said... Besides It always grows larger...

I REMEMBER THE DAYS WRINGING OUT MY HANDS FOR MY $500 ACCOUNT... THE SKIES FALLING ! Help, help, help.

If I enter a trade lets say and I'm monitoring the trade and its up 50 pips but suddenly it pulls back 10-15 pips I just exit. I'll keep the profit at $10 a pip... no big deal. If it turns and continues (bounce) I'll just jump back in... Don't get so rigid...

Evidently I missed something while looking at the set up and it's cut me short.... there are always set ups on different timeframes... different pairs. I'll study the trade I jumped out of for the answer so I don't make the same mistake again hopefully..

If your worried about the money in your account how are you going to pull the trigger with confidence? They tell you from the get go the money in your account shouldn't be money you need... otherwise don't trade...

Learning the fx market is like going to school. It costs to go to school and your pip money for trades is what you use to learn. When you have a reliable method and confidence... the market starts to pay you for your education expenses... profit.

The only reason I deposited that amount is because I trade full lots and some trades have 2-4 lots on a trade... or I'll add additional lots as the trade is in progress.. no big deal...

I'm in this because it's fun, keeps my mind active and I'm good at it. Pretty cut and dried...

I started trading full lots last year... tiring of $1 a pip. Takes the same amount of work... why not get paid for it? Often shooting for $500-$1,000 PER EVENING.

iT'S NOT UNCOMMON TO FIND 3-6 TRADE SET UPS PER EVENING.

Sometimes I would set the TP to 20 pips. 3-6 pairs hitting 20 pips... a few losers maybe... made for a handsome profit.

If I put all of my eggs in one basket... it was hit or miss....

I trade both ways with success...

Look at your TE.

Still red after you top up your account this week.

Stop trading US30. Read and listen to Big E Post#1.

If you do not stop trading US30, your account will hit 90% DD again in matter of days.

You still have not recovered your all time DD 81.9% and you keep on topping up your account every few weeks.

I hate trading 5min-15min-30min charts. Why? You have to monitor each trade from beginning to end and hope and pray you made a correct entry. I only trade 1hr charts during the the 1st 3 hours of the USA OPEN and 4hr trades at night. I check for set ups at 10pm Pacific,2am and close all 4 hour trades by 6am Pacific.... You ever woke in the morning popping on your puter and find you made 150 pips while you slept... guaranteed to put a smile on your face and a skip in your step.

Hi Vincent.
- Are you going to explain to readers how a account with 25:1 leverage have the same results as a account with 100:1 leverage.
- Don't forget to post where BigE used a HiLo indicator in this thread.
- Like Hasib you also refer to members TE's, why do the two you don't have such TE's yourself.

Scared sensless that those TE's won't confirm what the two of you post in this thread?

You have more than one question in one post. That's okay. It shows you want to learn and to recover all your trading losses since 2016.

1) Open a Demo account USD10,000 Leverage 25:1 with that same broker you have and learn how US based traders like Big E and Davit trade with US brokers

2) Big E sees price swing highs and swing lows on his chart and he also see the highs and lows on his TDI #25. When he combines these two previous highs and previous lows and the TDI highs and lows, he has his High-Low on his trading charts. Big E has more than 10 years experience and he uses his brain when he trade.
