In relation to your questions for your broker could you tell me where my broker stands when he gave me the following answer:
The question was: Does he operate a B Book and can he give a receipt for any trade taken on my behalf?
Reply: X is a pure ECN broker so we do not have a B-Book
Also: We do not have receipts for the forex market because this is an over the counter, and our pricing and execution happen through several banks and liquidity providers.
Thank you for bringing some transparency to this seemingly very crooked market. I come from a generation where trust and integrity used to mean something.

I can't speak to your broker but in general a broker will have a bridge/aggregator like OneZero or PrimeXM that stores the liquidity provider for every single order. All a broker has to do is screenshot the backend to show you who filled your trade. We've automated the solution with our Automated Trade Receipts so you can see all the information on any of your trades taken as they happen. Our Discord hangout is also a great form of transparency as our clients can hold us accountable publicly at any time in front of our community. Unfortunately most brokers will shy away from showing you post trade transparency or a public forum to drag 'em thru the mud if you need to. Leading the charge

Heya! When you trade on TradingView with Global Prime your trades are synchronised with our TraderEvolution platform. From inside your client portal you can find the TraderEvolution download link and use the same login credentials as your TradingView account. Inside TraderEvolution you should be able to find what you are looking for. Please let us know how you go.

Your 1lot as a minimum sizing on Indices is bogus.... add to that your "intermittent hidden leverage acceleration when it suits" on what are already highly volatile assets, equals a recipe for taking traders out the game; it wasn't surprising to learn all the indice orders are "directed" to Vidarr who apparently GP have a business relationship with....

Your comments:
"for Global Prime FX UK entity and Mark Davison from Vidarr being attached to it – the company was incorporated to assist with payments services and since a UK director was required we chose Mark. It is a dormant company and no business has run through there since it was created."...

Seems to me a conflict of interest - All round!

Here is my problem, over the weekend while doing analysis, I noticed huge gaps in the data, see the chart.

The last day was September 17 and happened in most pairs, not all, EURUSD is okay for example.

You can't contact TV except by Ticket, don't know how long that would take.

So I will try GlobalPrime chat.

I thought it would be okay when the market opened but doesn't look like it.

I have logged out, restarted, used the desktop app, the browser windows, all the usual basic error checking.

All drawing and indicators are hidden FYI, for clarity.

Regards the previous post, apparently, it is a system-wide fault and they have just become aware of it.

And it's a public holiday in Sydney the Help Center told me when I asked why they didn't send a broadcast email to inform clients.

So, we will see, they are on it...

Are you sure it is the right current average spread for GP traders?
1. Don't you have different spreads for most of your traders, who do not ask in special a non-commission-free account, and then their spread gets bigger?
2. Even for clients who pay commission separately, not as part of the spread, can you assure here that the average spread they get for AUDUSD is 0.1 pip?
Please check your answer carefully before you answer here
3. Why don't you publish 2 different spread matrix's? One for most of the traders and one for those who pay commission separately?

I launched Metatrader5 today and I entered ''GlobalPrime'' in the search of the demo server. It outputted a server "Global Prime Pty Ltd." and the URL of the blue link goes to http://www.gpptrading.com/
On a search engine, I find https://www.gpp.group/

Do you confirm that those websites and the server on metaQuotes for Metatrader5 are NOT run by you and that you have no tie to those "Global Prime Pty Ltd." ?
Do you confirm that you have no LIVE or DEMO servers for MT5?
Do you plan on offering MT5?

When we need to update TradingView chart data it's on their side to fix it. Can take some time vs traditional platforms where the broker has the ability to update charts on their end. This was all sorted out.

Our commission free accounts are still in beta phase and are currently not offered on our website and can't be applied for. When we look to offer both accounts then we can show the differences in spreads. That page you referenced should show when the spread averages was taken and we will have that updated.

We don't offer MT5 demo or live accounts although we do plan to offer it at some stage. Those companies you mentioned are not related to us. Feel free to use our Livechat for quick support
