Have you got access to TraderEvolution platform? You can manage your positions inside there or jump on Livechat for any adjustments if any issues with TV.

what a week, open charts Friday morning Aussie time, most pairs are missing data again, from October 1st

does Global Prime facilitate vanilla option trading in forex ?

I'm sorry as I'm behind my office firewall and it does not allow to dig deep in your website.

This is not to the stage where you can have any degree of confidence to trade on a daily basis

Continually getting this Error after each connection

Another thing is, you never know where to turn to for help, Tradingview takes days to respond

If it's anything to do with a broker, not their problem of course

Just logging out and logging in is the basic cure for all problems

Would you mind contacting our support with the issue, if you can screengrab a video would really help. We can get through to TradingView from our support with them and analyse to see what's happening. I'd like to stress that TradingView is an extremely important piece of the Global Prime offering and we are working closely with TV to have everything rock solid. Issues like this are not acceptable. If you'd like contact me directly [email protected] and I can work thru it with you.

All okay now, logged out and it started behaving, just the Monday blues I guess, no big problem, only trading small and occasionally with this account

Trying to scalp Dow Index and find trades often activated with immediate slippage of about five to 10 pips most times. Is this normal or worse than trading Index Futures with a Futures broker like Trade Station etc ?

And again showing minus 10 or so when trade initiated !
Could this be down to me using market orders instead of limit orders - or are Futures better for scalping as mentioned above (Post 169) ?
What do you more experienced traders of INDICES ( Dow) think ?

I tried the terminal - TraderEvolution is really a great terminal.

I have a question, does your company plan to implement an automatic risk manager, with trade limits (% or $), with the ability to limit the number of trades per day and with other restrictions???

This is a very important thing in trading in general. Most lose due to non-compliance with risks, but if it was possible to limit losses, then I think there would be much less stress for traders))

I have missing candles on MT4, but they appear on tradingview, especially for EURUSD and XAUUSD, for instance with UTC+2 (athens time), for XAUUSD, 01 march 22 at 23h32min the candle is missing on MT4, but not on TV.

I am confused by tradingview for GOLD. On TV, it says that XAUUSD is a CFD, on MT4 it's says it is SPOT.
Also, the volume for XAUUSD is very different on TV and MT4.

Great to hear! TraderEvolution and TradingView both offer position sizing. As for limiting your trades per day I'd suggest that this comes down to a traders own impulses and being able to call it a day when you need to. In saying that we have some cool ideas for platform trading within restricted limits but I'll have to save that for another day!

Yes, the issue was solved after the bank released the funds. In ten years of brokerage we haven't seen money dissapear thru the banking system.
