I never said the strategy is sell strongest and buy the weakest. It does not work that way. The strongest can remain the strongest for a long time and blow all the RSI overbought projections. RSI and 95% of indicators are no-brainer tools to lose money.
For a time I followed the No Nonsense Forex series, VP is a guy whose opinion I respect, I remember this video:

Good strategy, but indicators lagging. You may risk less just by using high and lows for entries.

Wow the price has already breakout the low, band line expanding as increasing volatility market
Don't know what happen really, but I think tapering off the Fed giving long-term impact.

I'll wait for more clear price action for the downside after the US Markit Composite PMI Flash comes out, now it looks like that the selling orders will create an upward price action.

Edit:

EU didn't break down after the news came red meaning that we may see more upside.

I suspect it is a trap, USD actually sunk and EUR sunk as well against expectations, but less. So, I can expect things to revert soon.
