1) Learn from those tutorial webinars at infinity futures and know the best session times of the day to trade DOW, S&P, NASDAQ and RUSSEL.

2) m2m3m5 is not talked about in their videos. I learn this from another CME trader.

This type of price movement (M5) is best to be used ONLY when you have your trading zones defined before your start trading. Using m2m3m5 to place market orders within the buy or sell zones according to your trade plan. The smaller the end wicks the better. Flat end M5 MARUBOZU are good but only if 'normal size' range and not big range M5. Observe the swing highs and swing lows ... and their price Fractals. Study Big E' old thread when he learned from Craig Harris' Natural Flow of the Forex market.
I trade only for 1 to 3 hours around NYSE open hours and never exceed this and it all happens within one 4hr period.
This works in all price charts - stock, indices, forex, etc.

You're right, Emmanuel, as usual! May I add some observations on that chart?
Looking at the TDI indicator... with a few trend lines, AND at the HA candles, because we know this can be tricky in many situations as with stochastic indicator: when stochastic comes under the 80 (or much better 62!) level then the chance for the trend to go down is much higher. Otherwise it can bounce off the 80 level to come down a little bit then it's going up again.
Maybe we should consider observing the 62 level also on TDI?
Fibonacci was a great mathematician in the 13th century... so we don't need to recreate the wheel again!
Also let's observe the TDI bouncing off the white dotted trend lines, those bounces indicate continuations in the same direction. In the same time at the right side of the graphic we discover a divergence is forming on TDI, so we can wait for the trend to come finally down after running up for about 6 hours. So Emmanuel is right: usually when the green line bounce off the magenta (blue) upper line of the TDI channel we can see the trend coming down (case 1 on the image), conversely for the lower line of the TDI channel, but there are many situations with the trend continuing running up (case 2 and 3). Are you serious about learning from @tommydog? He only started trading in Oct 2020 and he thinks he is trading original TMS in Feb 2021.

Better learn from senior members who started trading with Big E in his old thread. Senior members like dcginc, snarlyjack, Stevepatt, Britpip, Phx62, X-Man, etc. so many senior members to pick from between 2008 and 2011.

I suggest study charts posted by Phx62 like this one below, his usual weekly trades summary on charts.

Pay attention to details and learn how he picked his trades carefully. Also know that hx62 lives in Arizona and he is awake to trade the London session and he uses the THV CaveManager EA to manage his trades, this way he open his trades and let the trade manager EA manage the exits for him.

If @tommydog still thinks members here who uses EA cannot trade, then he is simply too ignorant and naive of trading made simple' history and the Big E trading journey story here in Forex Factory.

Jonathan Fox is good to learn a few of his candlestick patterns.

With bounce trades the odds are lower for your success... but it still works.
When wanting to enter a TDI trade... take a moment first to observe basic 4x things... like:
How close am I to the previous high or lo
Am I in an uptrend or downtrend.. short & long term...
Am I in or close to a consolidation area
Are the previous candles small...
Look at the candles on the last reversal... big, little, what
How does the momentum look right now (12-2, 4-6)
Does Stoch's confirm the TDI signal
Sounds like a lot of stuff but it's basic stuff and only takes a moment to observe it...

Keep It Simple:
have these basic candlesticks patterns in your list when you follow Post#647 above.

below are my favourites and I trade these all the time. You don't need 100 candlesticks types and patterns, etc.

just these few will help you find enough trades every week and make some money.

Yes!

Something is seriously wrong seeing the large number of 3988 trades in 42 weeks. If he would have listen to Big E and trade following the 4hr chart and trade only between his local time which is Frankfurt open and till London close, he would be profitable if he pick only the best trade setups.
He should just trade the same 8 pairs like Big E - AU,EU,GU,Ucad, UChf, UJ, EJ and GJ. There are enough trades every week to make some money.

well, some members tried and so far none could solve this little puzzle.

the answer is really quite simple when you have spend the hundreds of hours studying charts and reading all of Big E' posts in Forex Factory.

- most people can see the price consolidation with big candles and small candles,

but there is an 'early warning' before the consolidation.

You have to decide the % lot for TP1 and TP2, the remaining will be calculated by the EA.

There are other setting you have to consider too for example the Capital Protection and NoLossAfterPips.
