Okay i am giving the answer then:

Since most of the central banks want inflation and growth around 2%, going above that number will increase the chance of hiking the interest rates. And going below that 2% mark means economy is not growing as CB wanted and they can probably face with the risk of deflation, to prevent that from happening they can decrease the interest rates.

So A and C is eliminated. The right answer is B.

The price climbed yesterday's market, it possibly becomes a new signal reversal pattern, let see what happen today.
if likely price continues to rise, I think this week will tend to uptrend, but if drop again, I will look at the price break low or not.

It has a good structure, so I decided that the break of 1743 is more bullish than I thought. 1780/1800 is the target today.

Took prfts on shorts at 109 .50 and 49 and reversed to long at 56 and 65. I see the reversal is significant. . . .
