EU is bearish, but can't break 1750 support, so it might go back and forth inside the range - 1750/1850.

Below 1750, 1700/38 are next.

My tale today . . . . I was short since Fri. My SL was at 1.17 87 Was hit at 3:25 EST ....>>>FLAT.

Price reached1.18 00 ...I wanted to sell there. I knew it was a top... I didn't sell . . . Waited for the German news... E. tumbled... I shorted at 17 84 and again now at 17 69 BIG SL at 18 01 now ....

I'm still not buying on a 4hr time frame, at there is too much of an upper wick on that candle If there is a bullish candle close above the 4hr pivot then might be worth it.
