I can give you one of my tips I follow it most of the time. when few trade stopped out I try to draw box like this. I wait until box break out or wait a bit to trade pre break out of the box.
Emotions is good and emotions is bad too. My friendly advice journal your trade. and Journal your emotions after closing every trade. you will improve a lot. I am emotional too. with Journaling I have improve myself. Still room for improvement.

BTW today is Bank Holiday. I don't trade, just took 1 trade in us30.

price is very close to all time high 35K level. Today I will closely observe how price is reacting with level. I think 34800 is important for today. Daily pivot is 34811. Structure RRL is 34830 level. as long as price is above all of this level I will look for buying opportunity.

34825 - 34860 is the key price zone for today. I strongly think it'll be a bears day. An 1hr close below 34825, sell the highs.
