I found a few, but they seem to be usually delayed.

i use alpari for dow, s&p, gold and oil. however if you're trading actual contracts they won't be map exactly to the feed.
I downloaded and installed Alpari's MT4 but it doesn't have anything other than currency pairs. I went to "show all" off of the Market Watch box, and it only gave me more currencies.

Am I missing something?
I have the same problem too....

But, I'm looking for Nikkei realtime quotes.....

Any suggestion.....?
I don't think free real time quotes are available unless you set-up a trading account with a broker that trades stocks. The reason why is the exchanges themselves (NYSE, CBOT, CME, etc.) charge a monthly fee for a live feed, whereas the FOREX market doesn't have a centralized exchange that charges such a fee.

How did you get that? Mine definitely doesn't have those options available.

Can you open a new demo account from that folder and retain all the extras? If so, would you mind zipping your entire MT4 folder from them and emailing it to me? It may be that they've disabled that for all new demos software somehow.

If you use the mt4 server file from ff you'll have it. (at least i did)
