This is pretty simple: The better prepared you are for the trading day, the better you will do. Take the time each morning to go over anything that may help your trading. Reevaluate your positions, see how the markets will open, draw up scenarios, and make a game plan for the day. That is it. Now it is your choice to do the work and eliminate some of the gamble from your trading and become a better trader or not do it and rely more on luck than skill.
