Can you explain your process when you first look at the charts? Are you doing top down analysis? Are you going with the Daily/4H trend?

Trading on a ltf dont need analysis just the process but for better RR i follow the following for daily bias:

finding break of structure is not as difficult as to know which BOS is true reversal on small time frame and if it will give 10 pips consistently.i think bilal is following 4 hour trend direction before jumping to 1min chart

you are doing very good, just start observing on chart stop hunts and gaps too.

i used to see 1H and 4H but as i spend time i like to see days candle, earlier it looks very stupid seeing daily candles when price move to my OB in daily time frame and all that but it give a fair direction as one notices where i was in the week on a particular day and how the week is going so far so seeing weekly and monthly also a normal part now for daily bias using the same 3 bar swing pattern concept of Michael as shared in above two videos.

Not just that one need to think where in time of the year/month are we, like we just finished 1st half of 2021, and 2nd quarter of the year so we may expect some changes as per seasonal tendencies and for that news are aligned to do that like we saw on Friday.

u r very right,infact im looking for strategies on yearly and quarterly.

i just tried it, it was hidden under trading buttons so press alt+t in mt4 it will show, you can change the settings of it as per below picture.

the red line is sl hunting, sl hunt happens after equal lows/highs

TP depend if trade is going in favor i take off some thing after 10 pips and do breakeven and let the remaining run
trade - i entered alot not fixed, because BE hit alot
SL - i dont put hard SL if price goes beyond my entry i manaully close it, i find it difficult to see losing trades.
