Are you assuming that no good traders have been produce from IMT? Because that is what it sounds like.

Vincent was very happy to promote IMT, remember? And all of the readers know that if Vincent supports it, it must be one of the best ways to go. So it is now just part of the EVOLUTON of the TMS thread. Kind of like posting about EAs, 2m3m15m, Ross hook, Strat's system, etc., etc.

In case it slipped your mind, below is that post of Vincent's where he is promoting IMT in the TMS thread. He hopes to get more information about IMT to try to improve his trading results; probably too embarrassed to simply ask for it directly.

Hmmmm. We must have different definitions of "trend", because it is quite clear that the GBPUSD trend is UP! H4 has already made a 3-bar swing low and started its up swing.

And, as I have already stated before the market opened this week, expect to see price RALLIES from M5 through H8 this week.
watching [GBPUSD] at the start of the new week the M5 and higher TFs to see if the rallies can progress to the H4/H8

Good day,

Currently took GBPUSD trade during the second HA candle above clear support on 4h chart. Opened 2 x 0.01 lots

At 20 pips I looked at 15min chart and noticed minor 15min support/resistance to the left and closed 1 trade at 20 pips, moved second trade stop loss to entry with TP at 55pips which is the upcoming 4H resistance (Hopefully the 15min support resistance does not hold up, although it appears it might)

If the price break the 4H resistance at around 1.3950 theres clear range up to 1.4050. This might take whole day which is too long hence I probably wont re-enter

Yes, we have different view on the direction of the trend as we use different method to find the trend. Many traders have different method for this. That's normal.

- based on my neural network analysis, the action will most likely during the first 3 hours of the New York session.

- today big move already happened during the morning Tokyo session.

For me, that up SWING (not trend) is a rally (counter-trend or corrective swing) taking place as part of a DOWN TREND. My view will be changed only if the rally goes too far.

Yes, I know. I have another real account with another strategy. Now I first want to forward test on a demo that I'm profitable with BIGE strategy. If I'm okay on demo I may use it on a real account.

But for practicing the MECHANICS of the entry/exit, demo is the way to go. Not a much different scenario from learning the MECHANICS of how to place an order, set TP, set SL on a new platform using a demo account.

Slippage is the most commonly encountered difference between demo and live executions. But that is not of importance when practicing the mechanics.

Yes, it's to trade the mechanics. My logic is that I have to make it good on demo account before real account such that I do not waste my hard earned money.

entry and exit are clearly stated by big E..the thing he did not talk about is your emotion when you are in the trade..what your emotion like when you see your trade in green and vice versa, do you get excited or depressed that causes you to react differently as with a demo..the emotional part of trading does not exist with a demo account..it's the emotion that makes or breaks you
