Hi everyone and thanks a lot for all the great support and effort here. The aim of Forex Factory is for the upliftment of traders. It was never meant for anyone to embarrass or portray their fellow traders as bad, weak, or to use their offers for assistance in order to boost self ego or a misleading belief as if certain traders know it all and therefore they must be followed no matter what and they will never tolerate or bend down to also learn other peoples opinion no matter how bad it might seem. These crop of traders can go to any limit or extent to display their personal character when it comes to respecting other people in their relationships.
I therefore urge those of us who came here with the aim to purely share and help or to seek help to continue to do so as am sure there are many who need it and please it should be done with decorum and deep respect for one another as this reflects our culture and level of civility in dealing with other people.

Hi Heptael,

TMS is a momentum trade system. I have done some analysis and statistics on the trade setups of strategies including TMS before I would choose the style.

In summary, just like BigE mentioned, TMS can work on any timeframes and pairs. But statistics tells me there is variabilities.

Briefly, the higher the timeframe you go, actually the more confluences (picky) you should be picking trades. Reason behind momentum trades aim at riding swings. The HTF it is the more choppy the swing plays out. One test you can do yourself is backtest on D1 and H1/4 and compare, particularly the first two candles after entry.
Another factor is the pair/asset you pick to trade. There are pairs which are more choppy and assets being "slippery", i.e. smoother swing price movement.

Backtest and record as much information as you see fit (not only win/loss), and you should start to see some patterns and know what I mean.

Hi Heptael, many newbies (also some older traders have problem with it) find the TMS trading difficult. One that found it difficult was mehdi. He started his own thread about a daily system that is similar to TMS but with more conservative rules for entries. Check it out: https://www.forexfactory.com/thread/...ree-tdi-system

It is clear that you join The stupid group. They will constantly email you. Update you with hate speech. You will learn nothing from them because all of them are loser. In that team only one member trade live and his live account is in Big DD.

Yes. Will you be online everyday when Sydney open everyday?

I trade the Daily / Weekly Swing and also the 4H Swing.

I do my Weekly Top Down Analysis WTDA after NY Closed on Friday. This will be my Big Picture Planning and I prepare my trade plans for the week.

I also day-trade H1 during this pandemic during Sydney-Tokyo 2 to 3 hours, and the European session from Frankfurt 7am to New York Open.

I use trade managers EA to manage my trades. Saves me lot of time no need to check my trades so often.

I also diversify my trading with semi-auto EAs.

I follow TMS rules for few years but I can trade without the Stoch and TDI the same way the OP after 2 to3 years.
