Yes you are right and that is one way to look at it. But what if they have better believes and better systems that are out performing us? Plus on the cot report under Total Traders it say only 312 traders. Do you have any idea what that means?

Only problem I see with this chart, although it is cool looking and makes you stop and think, is that the line in the middle goes from the bottom of the candlesticks on the bottom left to the top of the candlesticks on the top right. I assume if you are drawing channels you line up the lows with other lows and highs with other highs. Just my .02.

Not sure if it matters whether it’s a higher high if you trade on lower time frames. It’s all time frame dependant.

In the chart last two time the price tanked. So, 2 out of 2 down equals 100% chance it can go down. This is the result of 2 sample size, if the sample size is bigger then trading decision should be made according to those results. So place your bet wisely. Plus this is a long term play, it can take another month to play out. Thanks for the chart and great analysis.
