hi mistdraw

there are days when the previous Day low can be broken too. It all a part of the learning experience. There is no 100% no matter how good the setup looks when we see them live in realtime market. Therefore I have 20 pairs to pick from and I trade several pairs during the my trading session/ hours.

yesterday was a good day as I closed those trades I posted here, some with re-entries after being stopped out.

day-trading contributed 63% to my daily average of my combined system strategy using basic TMS 5-Method. You need to look to the longer term results over a period of 3 years trading cycle.

my trade summary for May13 day trades. hope this will keep you motivated and keep on working harder every day to gain more experience and confidence.

its time you take a giant step back and do self-evaluation why your failed year after year ... its has been 5 years trading the same 5-Method by Big E.

using only what Big E has posted and not having his 10+2+3 years trading experience is one of many reasons why you failed.

I call that #463# Limitations.

- self-sabotage

- there is no holy grail

- wrong TDI information

etc. etc. etc.

EA THV works very well. Are there some orders you close manually?

I was missing this problem! Thank Bro . GC transaction is wrong ! this morning when I woke up and SL was beaten.
- But why is TDIC1 D1 on my chart showing red? Did me correct something wrong? My settings are in the picture below!

your screen looks messy with the resolution. are you using a 4K display?

you can place the Traders_Dynamic_Index onto your D1 chart and check

or place the TMS-Osc Histo on the D1 chart and confirm the TDIC1 Daily.

Yes. I do 'overwrite' the trade manager under certain market situations.

for example:

- time-out when the trade did not move after a few hours, I manually close the positions

- when I see new potential of a bigger swing, I would close and re-open with larger position size

- when near to New York open and there is data release like NFP,

- when price consolidates and did not trigger the Capital Protection limit, I would close the positions.

Thank you ! I use a Microsoft Book laptop with a 13.5 in screen 3k resolution 3:2 aspect ratio. Your screen is 16:9 aspect ratio right? My desktop display is better, but lately I've been using my laptop a lot

Few hours passed in asia session, i saw weak earnings on friday today. You & I should wait for LO to see a faster move and trade setup is your opinion the same as mine bro ?

How Emotions Can Destroy a Trade
In day trading it’s immediately obvious: Your emotions can be your worst enemy. They’re usually counterproductive to all your day-trading efforts. As an amateur trader you learn right away that emotions are the bane of your strategies. The control or even the elimination of feelings should be the Holy Grail of day trading. If you’re out there high-strung, acting like a loose canon, you’re not day trading, you’re gambling. You’re not in control of your trade. You know when your feelings are wrecking a trade. You’re in one and it goes against you. You hold, and then you hold it for longer, and then you get mad at the stock. If you’re like me when I was a greenhorn, you might start to viciously mutter: “You better go back up, or I’ll throw this monitor out the window!” At one time or another, all day traders feel that way, and it leads to big trading mistakes. Though few of us ever smash up the equipment, when we feel that frustration we do have a tendency to actually break trading rules. We also tend to invent new rules that make no sense at all. To err is human ... We know, we know. Emotions are like frenzied little voices in your head. They get riled when things don’t go as planned. They’re the part of you that freaks at uncertainty. Well, uncertainty in day trading is a given, a fixture, so ... what can you do about that?! I’ve been struggling with that irony for my entire day-trading career. I can never make my feelings disappear. I’ve tried to rid myself of them, but they’re part of me, they’re permanent residents: They’re just as attached as my hands and my feet, and just when things start to get rough in a trade, just when I need to rely on my wits and not my proliferating angst, that’s when they make the most noise. I’ve learned that this problem must be dealt with proactively. The issue is just as threatening as hurricanes are to buildings. We have to construct strong defenses against our own primal reactions. In trading, as in any other worthwhile endeavor, both anxiety and acquisitiveness are instinctive and neither can be removed, but lessening their damage is crucial. We must learn to corral them and manage them, just like a highly skilled animal trainer who effectively reins in his beasts. I’ve identified the worst of the monsters. They are, as you’d probably guess, fear and greed. When I’m angry, depressed, desperate, or scared, those are the underlying factors.
