DislikedHello Everyone, New to the thread and have started studying the charts. In the past never traded divergence so a lot to learn and practice. Currently I see this on the chart. Does this meet all the criteria. Feedback appreciated. {image}Ignored
Disliked{quote} Hi Hooman, I have no idea about divergence. Start by Highlighting Higher Time Frame Levels of Interest (Order Blocks etc) Then watch Price on Lower Time Frame (M1) as it approaches and enters these Levels I guess look for Divergence on M1 as Price enters Higher Time Frame Levels of Interest See if the chart helps {image}Ignored
Disliked{quote} Thanks Steve, appreciate the explanation. Learning on how to look for the areas of interest.Ignored
Disliked{quote} Hi Hooman, Look for areas where Price spends time in a Small Range, the size of Range depends on the Time Frame. The Higher the Time Frame, we see Price Ranging, the more Liquidity being Accumulated Price is constantly looking for Liquidity to Absorb This is why we see Price being drawn back into a Liquidity Base Every Time Frame we see the same thing happening, this is the Fractal Nature of Price, the only thing that changes is the Scale of the move that is dependant on the Time Frames used to Trade {image}Ignored

Disliked{quote} Thanks Once again Steve, So to understand it at point 1 the price start the run downwards and it becomes a bearish order block. At point 2 it reaches the point back again but unable to go past it. Then if forms a lower high at Point 3. This gives us a signal get closer to the screen and move to a lower TF. You wait for the price to clear the Order block and when it retests it at 4 you do a Sell order. I have also marked the areas on the chart that you have circled. What is the significance of those areas. Sorry if its a too noob...Ignored
Thanks to Bilal, Dinero, and Steve for their useful charts/notes and guidance.
