if price breaks the H1 ob at 1.38750 as alot of imbalance sitting above then price can go to 1.39500 otherwise it should drop from 1.38750

Hi Brrand,

I've just taken a quick look at CAD/JPY for what it is worth I'd be looking for Price to Test the H1 Bullish Order Block that was Broken earlier.

Watch on M1 as Price moves into this Level.

Look for Structure to be in your favour before taking a Trade it PAYS to be cautious.

Had a closer look at this pair

Price has been on a massive Buying spree for the last 7 or 8 weeks

Looks like one or other of the Daily Order Blocks is the short term goal

There's no point trying to predict which way Price will go just follow Prices wake and Trade from Order Block to Order Block on the Lower Time Frames.

Appreciate the detailed analysis Steve. My hourly chart also looks similar to yours.

What I am struggling with is the application of OB on lower TF. Which OB has more weightage than the other? Are there rules for that?

.... i have been following this thread and trying to see if the BOS makes any effective strategy............ here is audcad 1min at present ..... price seems to be going laterally in consolidation .................................... i wonder if anyone here can present as to how the BOS might become visible here ............ just trying to learn here......

That is one of the problems I had with OB. I ended up dumping OB and rather using the Liquidity Gap (Liquidity Void and Fair Value Gap) and Swing Highs/Lows (Sell and Buy Stops). After all price is moving to the area where there is liquidity. Where can you find liquidity? Below the Lows, above the Highs, above/below Clean or Equal Highs/Lows, Liquidity Void and Fair Value Gaps.

In this scenario I would look at the Daily and Weekly charts and ask myself would I buy there.

Edit: We have briefly touched on the topic of divergence and possible continuation.

Hi Brrand,

Look for the H1 - H4 Order Blocks.

Watch Price on the LTFs M15 - M1 as it returns to test those HTF Order Blocks

Look for Structure and PA to Enter Trades

Saw a Daily high, Saw swing low, took the trade on the 3rd bar. [email protected] lot size, took [email protected]+16 and closed [email protected]+30. Done for the day
