okay Bilal so when you trade what’s the highest TF you look at? I want to be able to just focus on the 1m & 5m but I feel like I’m doing wrong by ignoring the higher timeframes however a mentor taught me not to worry about monthly & weekly timeframes etc if I’ma scalper because it truly won’t matter if I’m in a position for a few seconds to minutes

My timeframe is mostly five minutes or 15 min which is like consistent on the screen but when I’m trying to take any entry i scale down to 1 minute.

To analyse the market I go to higher time frames from one hour to daily some times otherwise I can stay in the lower timeframes.

Thanks bilal1947 for a great thread and thanks to BWilliam for leading me to it. Ever since the thread was started I kept skipping it because I saw "another" Divergence (indicator based) and Price Action thread. I think the title gives it a narrow view. I think a title like "The Algo Script" is more appropriate or close to what one can learn from it because what I am now seeing is beyond divergence. I have gone through the whole thread and studied all the PDFs except FXCyborg's one as I still have to complete it (but I do not see a need to). This week I will be putting into practice what I have studied and what I think I can see.

youre right but I thought putting a big name would bring me into trolling and my purpose to share the real thing may defeat, so i felt to start with people looking for scalping using divergence only as indication using price action on a blank chart and from there people can learn and grow by time.

learn learn and practise practise surely we will get success.

Red tags, yellow tags, a lot of you guys are never/will never be consistently profitable always coming in here looking for "systems". The truth is, you're going to keep changing your trading habits until you eventually give up trading - it's the harsh truth. None of these systems will help you on FF, that's the whole reason people start the threads. Not to share a success story but to "test" an idea, that will ultimately fail.

There's then the guys that charge you for a "system" ...which is just so funny because they're the guys that started here with zero knowledge.

Unless you're consistently profitable for at least 5 years, please just be quiet with your "system".

have you read the damn thread? It’s no system it’s price action & market structure. Don’t know how one can fail trading with the market makers & banks. This is a breakthrough thread. Introducing traders to in depth trading skills using divergence as a basis.

Have you gone through the thread and the shared material? If you did have you looked beyond what is shared here? If you did all of that you won't see "another system". Divergence, BOS and OB is just a small part (what you can call a system). There is more and that is what I think also D1n3r0's eyes have been opened to.

I also have been going through Geoorge_AUS's original thread (again) and looking at the knowledge he was conveying to us (using what I learned from this thread). A whole lot of things makes sense now and I can see how it all fits together and how he could see the TARGETS.

Bilal I checked out the Wade Fx guy from the book you put in here yesterday. He mostly aligns with the way you’ve been aiming the trading in this thread. I’m going to read his book again before Market open but thanks again Bilal.

that great, i am not able to understand him or peter as i learn better if charts are explained and execution of entries are shown. But struggles alot learning from paragraphs and paragraph.

may be if you find it out how it can be interlinked and later can share with us as well would be great

I have given up at trying to understand Peter. I think he tries too hard sometimes. He knows a lot. Also I do understand that not all of us have been given the gift of teaching or have not learned those skills. George's presentation is not bad. His work led me to ICT. I was shocked when I found that BWilliam is leading me to another ICT related thread but his words about the "missing link" kept playing on my mind. Then I realized that I have nothing to lose by going through the information you shared.

I have observed rsi 9 what i know about it is that smaller value of rsi hides longer swings while gives u oppertunities to enter into small swings most of the time i would suggest u observe greater values untill rsi 14 u will find many differences between 9,10,11,12,13,14
Pick one which suits your setup very best
But if u know rsi 9 value very well and it suits u it is still a good thing.

yes its nice ! i have not used tdi yet, main important things are BOS and retest, later you wont need divergence it just to train the eyes in beginning.

You have correctly identified the OB at number 2. When you look at BOS don't just look at divergence side alone. The move up that created the divergence leading to number 2 is also a BOS on its own and in a process creating a range or wave that price might seek to retest within. This has to also be looked at with the bigger picture as the divergence failed to break the structure below (and means possible continuation or re-accumulation). I hope I didn't say too much but see yourself on what you labeled at number 2.

PS: I think ask why the divergence failed (as you missed entry on the way up). Why in the first place the price went up (at number 1)? It's not because of divergence. Divergence is a signal and not the context. To accept the signal it has to be in line with the context.
