In the picture uploaded, we see a VTL 44 Degrees broken, and we have another low created. Can we allowed to view it as a new VTL? or do we need to have cycles above it to say it is a valid VTL. Since price is below the expired VTL but above the New VTL, is it Trend Up or Trend Down

False Breaks or Moves do not exist. It is just relative . It depends strictly of your Envelopes parameters (if you use Envelopes). "False Break" just means that relatively to your parameters (defined by you) Price Action in the Real World goes higher or lower than the limits (or targets) the system you use has defined.

Hence the concept of Gann's Lost Motion

When a market is very slow, it may not have enough motion to get to a time and price point.

On the other hand when a market is very fast, it will exceed the time and price points temporarily.
