My take for Monday:

1. The image attached belongs to ANDVK74. The guy does his work, I have to give him that. Meaning that he spends quite a few hours figuring the markets and what are the possible scenarios. And he is right most of the time - that would be because he covers basically everything so there is very little room for error.

2. Based on his analysis I give a 55% chance that the market Monday will go up to 1.21870 - 1.21900 to clean up the stop losses for the sell positions and then during the week the pair will fall in the abyss to clean up the bulls that have SL at 1.20500. Scenario no 2 is that the market will go directly down to 1.20500 but I really doubt that (as the chart looks now the price should fall directly but it is never that simple)

3. Monthly the pair should go down as I think that the 1.23500 was the top.

@ANDVK74 - your observation with the tops that do not take the previous one so they can take them out at the next move is correct

Observation 2: I know that I am going against the current but NEVER EVER put stop losses. Those stop losses are on the broker's server and he just aggregates them. What if, I mean just what if the broker sells the SL list to the bank they work with? (Remember that each broker needs a bank to provide liquidity for all the leverage). Do the math...

Here's my take on EURUSD, from a technical perspective. Price action on the daily time frame is sideways, and within a rising channel (red) seen on the weekly time frame. Presently, it is at the channel support trendline, where it printed largely rejection candlesticks on Wednesday through Friday. The candlestick prints on Thursday and Friday are ambivalent but with a bullish tinge. Should bulls follow-through with a bullish drive, we may see a retest of the horizontal resistance around 1.23000 (red). Failure on the part of bulls may see bears attempt a southward drive to the 1.19430 horizontal support area (green).

I may be wrong. Trade safe and prosper.

Bullish means above 20 sma and rsi above 50

Automatically computed for me from marketwatch

So I do not need to place any rubbish on chart and I can analyze all forex majors for the best trades

Good morning. EU is in a bearish consolidation yet, support comes at 2091/2058 and resistance at 2175/2190 below 2200 round number.

The price may head up and try to take out 2200, because US Dollar seems too me too weak to advance with power, but any meaningful high should be a fade for the bears, because ECB tried to talk down EU some times.

Later in the US session ISM Manufacturing PMI is the main event.

Long to see if I make a couple of pips on this Gartley. Potentially longer term bull swing may kick back in for a last attempt on the highs before the larger tf bear swing.

Got stopped out. -5pips. My trading plan tells me to stay away from open times and broken rules means losing trades. I was waiting for a solid break into the structure box on topside before BE/TS.

I do think that it *should* go up before it goes down but I have a rule to never trade before 8.15 GMT when the market stabilizes. So now I wait...
