Can we just stick to EURO USD in this chat , its why I joined this group. All this other noise is distracting.

Anyways I messed up last weeks trade on a long. Need to listen to my own advice what I last posted. I know I should have just cut my losses but I am holding it there should be a bounce around 1.2180 is where I have the next major downside resistance. Keep one fingers crossed for a return to 1.2330 area to reset my brain . my topside projections was 1.2481 before it goes down guess I was wrong.

This big bearish movement started on news of democrat s gaining the Georgia Senate and the official certification of president elect Biden. I see no other fundamentals keeping the USD strong or am I missing something? Anyone else see a future potential of another bullish move before heading down to 1.20/19area?

Slippery slope. May be best to stick to your risk reward ratio and go lick your wounds until you see bullish momentum is back if you still want to buy. Also suggesting not to try and catch a falling knife.

I'm expecting a move up to 1.2250-54 resistance in London/New York session, then just maybe a bull trap spike up to 1.228 or even 1.231 for head and shoulder pattern, but that's about it, then drop down to 1.203-1.195

Good morning. EU is bearish after it failed to keep 2226 support and broken weekly level of 2191 at Friday. Now the old support (2226) becames resistance with 2250 round number also a level to watch.

Support comes at 2150 and 2121, before 2081.

I will try some selling today, but there a case of consolidation so it may create an equilibrioum around 2180 or 2160 then the next move should be up to 2284 weekly resistance for a test. I will better don't buy today this last is for tomorrow.

In the news Sentix Investor Confidence is keeping the bears from any selling yet, but the most importand event is Trumps impeachment and US $2.000 stimulus.

It should have gone down to 1.21510 and it did not - which makes me think that today we will see another leg down after a minor correction upwards.

1.21510 cleared, now we will see if we have a major move up or we keep falling.

It is possible to fall to 1.21445, but after that there is a 66% chance of a move up.

watch support, area may prove to be buy for euro to break out 2300 probably beyond us turmoil..will wait to see how support holds or how much bears want to take back before dumping shorts...no rush here

EU didn't make it above 2200 today, but the bearish trend continued down as predicted and stoped between the two support levels at 2131. Now I see it geting ready for the next move, but it is not yet clear where.

Also there is the scenario of consolidation and a break of the upside above 2225, but I should see a close above 2191 and a test of around 2140-50 again, before any decision.

I wouldn't rule out a move back 2260-70 but with scheduled news towards end of week may see low volume and a little profit taking....in addition to add turmoil from US.. entire week and into us inauguration may prove to be risk off. Along with considerations of inflation sooner than later...I may continue to short anything in and near 2300 area....good luck. trade safe

what about if EU didn't move above 2200 ?
seems like PA don't want to reach 2200.
