The price standard is rising so living costs are also rising, we'll see prices climbing to new highs, so definitely will go above 1.2340 toward 1.2450.

the feds don't even mind overshooting target above 2.5% inflation one even said 3% is possible which in my opinion is a bit much but they will not be slowing down asset purchases anytime soon

It make sense bt the duration too long. Maybe recheck with them if any issue occur.

if inflation increase, should be better for Fed to raise rates?

if it's true, i think DXY will climb up. not EU IMO.

No, feds are trying to target at least %2 inflation they can’t raise rates in tell they reach or overshoot their target. Inflation is not good for USD as the feds will pump more money into the market and this decreases USD value

Good morning. EU trend is on the sidelines, but overall is trending up. Support is coming near at 2296 just below 2300 round number and at 2265. Resistance (2348) also isn't far away if, you consider 1.2414 as a top for today.

2348 yesterdays high is the line in the sand for more, or less I will let the market decide I just wait for the job report which I think is the most important release today, because after the covid-19 outbreak jobs matter the most for the US economy, some other stuff like, CPI are bubles created by the FED to help artificially the economy, look stock market. Risk on should stay and is helping EUR the most.

I believe that data is for information purposes and that not everyone is using it for manipulation of the people, but for the truth.

Of-course there is a lot of misinformation and manipulation in the news and markets, but there are many sources that give accurate information (as accurate they can) and that you can find volume data on futures which is real.

I use options volume and open interest and can see how markets are positioned and ready for any scenario even if, this is manipulation, or a real crisis!

Indeed, it's just for information purpose for people been informed it does not mean it will be possible forecast from these numbers they just telling us about situation, if for example at the moment EU inflation is -0.3 it doesn't mean next month will be -0.2 or -0.4

It didn't change a lot of people 's habits, after new years sales reduced, purchase power slowed down.

Traders was heavy positioned above support on four hours timeframe this week for the elections and once Democrats took the certification that Biden has won the White House this morning the price fell agressive. This is profit taking, but the bulls are looking strong yet. 1.2300 is a good target and a level where sellers should test the trend.

This is just my opinion. Anything might happen until tomorrow.
