H1 Status Update

For my followers: For now, if you went long around 1.2292 you stay bullish or you wait on sidelines for the next Dashed-RED TL touch to enter long.. (short-scalpers still have to be very careful, I personally don't recommend any!)

As long as price stays above 1.2322 the bulls will have more advantage. Imo, it'll touch 1.2377. These 2 prices are based on daily and weekly. I dont see any move above 1.2412. All the prices above 1.2377 all are good place to look for sells.

On the bears side all they need is 1hr closes below 1.2323. If this 4hr closes below 1.2322 then high of the day is set.

I generally don't care much about what the high will be or if resistance will resist or not.. What is highly important to me during a bull trend is always to watch if support will hold or not.. Breakouts often come in a sudden and unexpected way.. So, if one bought the previous support all he has to do is to patiently wait for progress.. That's what I am doing.. No rush! Time will tell..

1.25 on the cards maybe but we have some major news coming this week.

ADP and NFP could only bring euro down i think if we have positive data.

If Democrats should win this the question is whether the market plays buy the rumour sell the fact or whether it will keep rising. Personally I think that a blue wave would lead to a sustainable USD weakness as it would just speed up the secular USD depreciation.

Depends!

1) If you decided to take profit at certain peaks based on fib levels or other measurements of your liking then yes you are waiting for a new dip i.e. a new touch to Dashed-RED TL..
BUT:
2) If you don't take profit and let your long run then of course you are only watching if most current support area works or not..

Everything is relative to what the trader has chosen to do..

As i mentioned, it moved down below 1.2323 and the high is set and the pull back is up to 1.2322 - 1.2330

If M15, M30 or H1 candles can stay above 1.2308/13 then yes I agree that rise might continue.. Otherwise bears will take the lead for a while..

Now to confirm a bearish bias and before considering any short positions, I want to see H1 close below 1.2276. Until then I stay on sidelines.
REMEMBER that we have a nice divergence with DXY and that is a sign for short term reversal.
