Sometimes EU or any other $USD pair runs on it's own. Currently virtually every pair is rising against USD in reaction to the probability of Dems taking control of Senate after Georgia. So combined across the board amounts to a lot of dollars. So many "stop runs" combined is a big one.

I like and follow your technical analysis andvk74. I know mention of correlations is frowned on here. My comment was only intended to point out that at times market moves are broad based, as the current one is. EU is trailing in the dust of some now.

Don't forget the big picture: the first time for years we significantly and steadily broke the purple trend line.

Morning all.. looks like my short took a battering last night. I had my TP at 12250 incase it dropped that low. Looking to stop this trade at a bigger loss than expected but will keep an eye open for long entry points

True, but IMHO the impact is rather small compared to the Democrats (probable) win and control over the Senate. --> Dems are poison for the USD ;-)

On what time frame? Like I said earlier, I expect this week to be UP and DOWN, UP and DOWN with NO directional bias. This is based on the COT numbers.

Daily S/R Levels for Today

Imho, the 1.2356/86 zone is the only resistance area to watch for today.. Bulls who think of taking advantage of up spikes still must beware!

*For now 1.2310/20 area is nearest support on intraday.. I have 1.2313 to be precise!
