If you followed your trading plan, then you didn't miss anything.

Very good points Tekkies. Let me write what you said so that I could internalize all the points.
If I make any mistake please correct me. EMM has a lot of experience we should learn from him. Be respectful towards senior traders we may not agree with them but we should respect them.

1. TDI set up. Green cross Red or red cross green. Is TDI is above or below 50 lines is a good point to observe.
2. Understanding the price momentum by looking at HA bar and candles in the current time frame and as well as other time frame and other markets.
3. TDI clock angle momentum is just price momentum measurement so if we don't understand clock angle we don't have to think too much about it, since we see momentum in HA bar as well as Candlestick chart.
4. Trend is up or down is subjective, not objective. so Use 200 ema and 20 sma for trend understanding. HH, HL, LL, LH is a good way to understand trend too.
5. Understand that good momentum can kill a nice trend and shift the market conditions faster than you and I think it is possible. Because Market is highly Machine oriented than before.
6. previous high and low is subjective one trader may call on point as high another trader may not see it is a high so. previous high low should be objective. so we should look for the previous day's high low previous week's high low as well as the previous month's high low. we should look for monthly open line yearly open line weekly open line as well as daily open line.
7. Supports and resistance may be subjective different traders think differently about support and resistance so use psychological level. There is a theory called the Quarter theory. Read about that we will gain some perspective.
8. If you are looking for magic, 5 ema shift 2 is magic some traders use 10 ema too. don't open trade untile price close above 5 ema or 10 ema whichever method you use. when well look at many time frames and we have a clear understanding of the market we can break these rules in a lower time frame but remember you may lose some pips for waiting to price close above or below 5 ema but over will win rate will increase. If anyone trades TDI without 5 ema he is not following BIG E 5 method he is following his own method or combinations of other methods. we all are different so we can use combinations of methods for our own trading it is not a problem.
9. Read about market news it is important you will know the market uncertainty reading that news. If possible take a news and analysis service. it will cost little money but with that, you will get a greater edge over the market sentiment.
10. Don't think one economic calendar news will change the market and one candlestick change the market or one pivot point indicator will change the market. Understand the overall market and understand how big fund managers are thinking.
MA provides the market's current direction and strength.

You do not have to fine tune any of Big E' posts. You do not have the knowledge nor the experience to fine tune anything he already tested for 2 years and that is after he spent 6,000 hours forex trading and testing other systems and methods, and that is on top of his 10 years trading the stock markets.

Yes, But it will be his challenge to repeat that kind of trade 10,000 times in the next 12 months.

Yes one candlestick won't change the direction most of the time, but it's a good way to scalp some pips. And if you have couple of same type of candlestick in the same supply&demand zone,becoming consecutive, eventually you realize these little boys can change the direction..
I'm just a scalper so don't mind me, I don't wanna play their game, sometimes the only way to win is to not play the game you are represented.
