DislikedThe importance of having the right mindset I have a unique insight into subconcious bias and how it plays a role in life. 6 years ago I went through a stressful period and it triggered what became chronic insomnia. For years I battled with this trying various medications and programs without success. It wasn't until I began studying the efficacy of CBT for sleep and coupled with meditation did I realise how easily the mind is corrupted. It was only after months of self exploration did I find the cause of my insomnia is a belief system I built in...Ignored

One stressful period caused a couple of nights of no sleep and once you start worrying about sleep, you are doomed. What happens is you start to build a new belief system and weaken one that's worked all your life. CBT + mindfulness meditation took a month to work as i had to relearn a belief system i had left behind.Ignored
