how to use MT4 tools to draw horizontal lines on the chart at different prices ?

There's a tool bar at the top. If you don't see it, click "view" > toolbars > line studies.

Now click the horizontal line and then click it onto your chart.

Been lazy is there any script so you only have to click the mouse again for showing/droping another horizontal line on another target, just to save time as if you were drawing about 30 H/lines on 3 different time frames....
