The question is, would YOU take them? The next question is WHY did you take or not take?

Your very first item to check is always TDI green cross red: If it has not crossed, then simply move on to another chart.

If there is a cross, then check the angle of the green. If it does not have sufficient angle, simply move on to another chart.

No need to complicate it and waste time looking at S/R, bar size, etc., etc., if the above 2 criteria are not met.

Before moving to THIS thread, BigE did indeed often check price action first. But in THIS thread, as part of his trading system progression, he made TDI King and the FIRST thing to check is green cross red.

Big E also has another solution. Read up his posts on 'Head Fake' and how he got around them.

I have my own solution to deal with the Fear and Greed trading the FO and LO candles.

There are no fake moves in the market. There are simply moves.

Perhaps at times YOUR interpretation and expectations were not met, resulting in negative consequences, hence you look for an answer as to why this negative result occurred, and EASILY land on "fake move" and stop looking for a real answer right there.

You need to examine the context. The most recent "big" TF to make a move was the H16 turning down. So you should be looking for opportunities to sell rallies.

Then, monitor the lower TFs to see which have the rally appear and set your SL beyond the swing bar of the largest TF's rally. If that is acceptable risk based on where you are looking to enter, then check for entry criteria. If not, then move on.

Yes, I took them.

3 in real and EurZar in demo. (Equity <100Eur)

EurGbp Sl hit -20pips.
Gbp Chf -43 pips now.

It has been established that there is no correlation between "good" news and price movement. Likewise for "bad" news.

Just check for King TDI green cross red first and then if you see it, follow your entry criteria to see if you have a trade setup.

It's the situation for a long already.

The worst thing you can do is trying to predict direction. Be happy with that there is movement, which already means a lot. Especially if you are trying to trade with some goals in mind you want to achieve by the end of a day, week, ,month, year. Cut losing trades very short, shake it off your shoulders and move on to the next.

Its much easier to fix a trade failed at a rather small number of pips depending on the average daily movement for the market you trade than keep letting it open and running against you because you just canīt accept a loss.

Have some bank roll so that a small number of pips is meaningful to you or accept the fact you will be in the 80-90% losers section because you are looking for the big pips. Trying to trade tons of different markets using EAīs, dashboards and what else fancy tricks to make a million pips each month for a dime a pip so you might able to buy a hamburger from it by the end of the month after going up and down up and down the hill.

But well thats just me, what i found out is working much easier with less headache. Its really up to you, to YOU only.

IDDD, Very well said, I stop reading about the TMS EA. I don't need that. I will do everything manually. Doing everything manually will give me confidence, what I need most. Taken an FTMO Demo and 2-day trading is done I am up a total 1.49%. Today is the market is not doing Much. I stop for today.
